We had this Villa built to our own specifications, using the best quality materials throughout with large 32 ft private swimming pool
Thermal insulation keeps the villa cooler in summer months yet cosy during the winter.
Fitted insect screens and airconditioning.
This immaculately presented Villa is situated on the edge of a lovely quiet unspoilt village, where goats feed on the shrubs in the adjoining countryside. In recent months Bayindir has become quite popular where European owned properties are increasing.
The Villas have fully fitted Italian design kitchen with granite worktops. Centre Island with sink. washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric fitted oven, microwave toaster electric kettle iron ironing board are all there for your convenience, Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses pans, dishes, and all cleaning materials.

Dining area seats 8 people with an additional area of seating with patio doors to the pool. This leads to a
Sunken lounge with soild beech hardwood floor featuring corner style sofas with TV DVD player and speakers for CD s. There are Books DVDs and CDs and Games but feel free to bring your own.
Downstairs twin bedroom and adjoining bathroom. This would be ideal for elderly guests.

Three double bedrooms on first floor.
Master bedroom has large luxury ensuite with twin handbasins and walk in Jacuzzi shower.
Twin beds / King size bed in large bedroom with separate walk in closet. Patio doors to large circular balcony with views to the sea.
Two further bedrroms one double and one twin each with ensuite bathrooms.
The Villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens and private parking area within the gated complex.
The Villa is a short drive down to Kas town and the beach..

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

September 12 2011 Villa Dilara is a spacious, beautiful immaculate fully equipped and totally quiet house. We enjoyed our stay, everything was like we expected, you can trust the photos and description. We also enjoyed some very nice restaurants in Kas, fantastic boat trip to Kekova, the sandy beaches at Patara and Demre and Saklikent Gorge. And what can we say about the owners. Always available, so kind, they gave us a lot of advice, best places to shop, their favourite restaurants, and beaches, to rent a car. It was a real pleasure to meet them. A very nice place to stay for holidays with family and friends, we warmly recommend this property. JLR France
