"Holiday Retreat"
The ideal holiday retreat, Villa Selim is set in its own extensive gardens with stunning views overlooking both sides of the Peninsula. To the left of the Peninsula is the Greek island of Meis. On the right are the range of mountains which provide the spectacular backdrop to Kas. The villa has its own private swimming pool, which is gated from the rest of the garden, to provide that extra security and peace of mind for any guests with young children. Upstairs the en-suite master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and large terrace. 2nd double room with fitted wardrobes and a shared balcony with the 3rd bedroom, which has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Air-conditioned throughout. The main bathroom has a shower and jacuzi bath. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and wc, also a 4th twin bedroom. The fully fitted kitchen opens out onto the living area and is equipped with all the essential gadgets. The terrace provides a perfect place for family to gather for alfresco meals.

The considerable space ensures for guests to escape in peace and quite, making it ideal for famillies, friends travelling together, and those simply wishing to relax in comfort to enjoy those stunning views.Needless to say, every room in the villa takes full advantege of sea and mountain scenery.
At different times of the day the quality of the light on the water and the hills can be breathtaking and the variety of colours incredible.
Steep road leads to the shared swimming platforms-only 150 mt away, where guests can relax in shade of the rocks, or swim in the Aquamarine waters of the peninsula lagoon. The atractive harbour town kas is a five-munite drive away by car or ten-munite drive by local dolmus services.Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive taxis are easily called.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Villa Selim was lovely. Wonderful views of both sides of the peninsula. Very steep drive and not recommended for elderly people or buggies. Very friendly and helpful owner. Everything you need in the villa but would advise to owner to upgrade towels as they are quite small. Overall great villa and would recommend to friends.

myself and my wife stayed at villa Selim Sept 2010 for 2 weeks. |Previous year we stayed at tefviks other villa, Villa Soveda. Villa selim is far far better due to its position overlooking the lagoon and the med. Very peaceful and quiet, which we wanted, and very very private. Our 5th year in Turkey ( 3 on the trot in Kas), and this is def our favourite Villa / location. Try the Akropol, it is Chrissies last year there 2011. best food and service anywhere in Kas ! Also the Baiche in Kas town for the calamari !!

i traveled a lot but i was very impresed about this place.the view of this villa is magnific,makes all the money.the owner is very kind and everything was as we expectet.all the people are nice and helpfull.the food is great.was a perfect holliday!

The Villa was lovely, fantastic views, lovely pool, and nice shady terrace. A couple of improvements could be made - the downstairs double bedroom needs a wardrobe, there could perhaps be some v basic info on arrival, i.e how to get to nearest shop, how to order water (which can be delivered). But overall a fantastic villa. Caroline

Villa Selim is in a perfect and quiet location, with stunning views and excellent facilities. We have just returned after spending 10 days there with friends and would recommend it. There is a toaster and a juicer.

Villa Selim is a great villa with tons of room, a beautiful terrace and garden and stunning views over the peninsula. We had all we needed to spend a great holiday, and Tevfik was welcoming and helpful. Kas is a beautiful location, we would certainly consider going back for another break, and to Villa Selim if its free!

The sea view and the pool is marvelous. A minus for the kitchen because it dont have a toaster or a squeezer fruit. The rooms are ok , especially one of them .

We stayed for a week in Spring 2008. The villa was very clean, modern and well maintained. Tevfik could not have been more helpful. The views were wonderful and the local Acropol restaurant has the best food and service anywhere in the region. A wonderful holiday, would stay again, maybe for a month next time!
