Lefkada is a green - clad island situated in the central Ionian Sea, the island of poets and music. The property consists of four independent villas which are perched amphitheatrically on the side of the hill of Katouna.

Each villa has its own private swimming pool, garden and balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea .

They are decorated in style and designed paying particular attention to detail. There is a cosy bedroom with bathroom a spacious sitting room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area and a fully – equipped kitchen.

All villas are air-conditioned and have their own parking space.

Location
Lefkas is a green – clad island situated in the central Ionian Sea, the island of poets and music. It is unique in that it is connected to mainland Greece by a bridge thus making access easy.

Lefkas can offer the traveler both the cosmopolitan life of the capital town and Nidri and also quiet idyllic holidays in the little villages.

The traditional enchanting village of Katouna is only 7 kilometers (km) from Lefkas town and is situated on top of a hill overlooking the town, Lygia harbour and the ancient town of Nirikos.

Just a short distance from the property, in Lygia, there are plenty of traditional taverns with fresh fish from the fishing boats of the village, bakery, cafes and mini-markets as well as clean quiet beaches.

The town of Lefkada is 385 Km far away from Athens, 420 Km from Thessaloniki and 100 Km from Igoumenitsa.
