Villa Kimsacheva sits on a peaceful hillside overlooking Chaweng Bay with its beautiful white sand beach.
Villa Kimsacheva is a contemporary tropical style villa with Thai and European touches. It features landscaped gardens and comprises three distinct buildings linked by sandstone steps and terraces. The centre of the villa is the two level main living sala with lounge room, TV area, dining terrace, poolside lounge and kitchen. Above this are four king size bedrooms including the master suite and on the level below are three more bedrooms, the twenty-metre pool and sun terraces.
Arriving at the grass roofed car sala you will descend the wide sandstone steps past two waterfalls and through the lush tropical gardens to the main living room. The Villa is decorated in neutral tones that contrast with the timber floors and the lounge room’s timber ceiling. The two living rooms and TV area, with a huge plasma screen TV, DVD and CD players, 56 satellite channels and surround sound, are designed for relaxing with plenty of comfortable oversize armchairs and lounges. There is a stylish mix of European comfort furniture and classic Thai art works and statues.

Each of the seven bedrooms has an outlook is air conditioned and equipped with hair dryers and individual safes. The master bedroom suite has its own private terrace and views over two of the island’s coasts. Although fully air-conditioned, if you prefer the master bedroom can be opened on two sides to the refreshing sea breezes. The ensuite bathroom leads onto its own private courtyard with a huge terrazzo bathtub set amongst the palm trees. The suite also has its on plasma screen TV with surround sound speakers and DVD player. There is also plenty of room for relaxing armchairs, work desk and expansive wardrobes, personal safe and minibar. This could be your own private retreat.
The other two bedrooms on this level also have ensuite bathrooms with private courtyards and one with an outdoor bath. These bedrooms open onto a wide sandstone balcony that runs across the front of the building and gives panoramic views across Chaweng and the Gulf of Thailand. They also have a comfortable armchair, plenty of wardrobe space and minibars. Below these bedrooms and on the same level as the living room is a fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sitting area. There is also a separate powder room for the living room and the housekeeper’s storeroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

One level down from the living room is the pool, pool terrace and sala, dining terrace, pool lounge and kitchen. The infinity edge pool looks out over Chaweng and has a grass-roofed sala for relaxing out of the sunn or wide sandstone terraces for soaking up the sun on one of the many sun beds. Beside the sun terrace is the dining terrace with seating for sixteen. Beside the dining are is another lounge area, that comfortably seats twelve, for relaxing after that delicious Thai dinner or lunch. There is an additional shower and WC on this level and the modern kitchen is fully equipped for the experienced Thai cook, with oven, gas cook top, barbeque, dishwasher, two twin door refrigerators, icemaker and espresso coffee maker.
On the next level from the pool is a mini master suite bedroom with its own plasma screen TV and home theatre system and another two bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
The Villa has a daily housekeeping service. The villa staff are available daily from approx 9am to 5pm. Extra staff time can be arranged on request and a Thai cook can be provided for an extra charge. Bed linen is changed every third day, towels are changed as necessary. Rates include daily tropical breakfast and airport transfer. We can provide a full Concierge service for activities and tours, car rental, in-villa spa treatments (extra charge), etc. the villa is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
