The Apartment
The property can comfortably sleep four people in the two bedrooms. La Cinuelica is designed to make an ideal base for all the family. Parking, beautiful communal swimming pool with landscaped gardens and a large terrace.
The Property is a two bed one bathroom apartment. Enter into the living / dining room with two sofas, tv dvd and coffee table. To the rear is a dining room table with four chairs. Arched entrance into kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine in an external utility area. The kitchen has all the utensils required for family cooking. Other arched way in the lounge leads to the master bedroom and bathroom. The double bedroom has double bed with bedside cabinets with drawer. There is also built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. The bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin with light vanity mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds with a bedside cabinet with drawer, built in wardrobes which again provide ample clothes hanging space. There is also a patio with garden chairs, table and parasol for alfresco dining.
The apartment also benefits from a private "Roof Top Solarium" perfect for topping up that tan!
Additional items include iron and ironing board. The property is cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival. The apartment overlooks the fabulous swimming pool and gardens.
Beach and Golf Info
The Blue Flag La Zenia beach is just a 5 minute drive with many more local beaches within easy reach.
Torrevieja and the Acropolis water park are approx 10 minute drive, perfect day out with the kids.
For golfers La Cinuelica is close to three superb courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
Local Information and the Surrounding Areas
This is a development designed for the family holiday market. There is a swimming pool with children’s area set in landscaped gardens. Ideal for lazy days in the sun. Also for the children is a playground near to the apartment.
There is a supermarket (Mercadona) onsite approx 5 minute walk which sells all you need for a comfortable stay.
The Area There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centre Via Park. These include home from home "Spud Murphys" for premium fish and chips and Madissons Sports Bar to watch the match. Also within walking distance are two Chinese restaurants, Ghandis Indian and Puccinis Italian.
About a 20 min walk to the recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta Prima.
The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia.
For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. The promenade really comes alive during the summer season and there is a taxi rank right outside the supermarket making access into town very easy.
