First floor end apartment. The property is fully air conditioned, with accommodation which offers two double bedrooms, each with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. A luxury bathroom with shower and an open plan living area complete with a three seater double sofa bed. The kitchen and adjacent utility room provide a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Kettle, etc. The dining area contains an extendable table and four chairs. There is a TV and DVD player which includes, Sky news, BBC 24, ITV, CBBC channels and the golf channel to name a few. There is also a CD player and Radio. The lounge area opens on to a large furnished terrace, with stunning views of Mount Mongo and the surrounding almond and orange groves, which lead to the sea some 7kms away.
Within a couple of minutes walk of the property there are three good sized communal pools to choose from with several more available within the resort.

La Sella is a superb mountainside complex set in between Denia and Javea which is a 10 minute car ride to either,with Gata de Gorges and Jesus Probre villages only a 5 minute drive nearby. La Sella has its own shops, supermarket and a pharmacy. It also has a restaurant and bar all within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There are a choice of 10 top quality tennis courts, with coaching available, horse riding, mountain biking and walking tracks all available at the resort. The 5 star Denia Marriot hotel complete with the par 72 championship La Sella golf course includes 2 restaurants, also a gym with on-site spa facilities. The golf course is superb and kept in great playing condition throughout the year. There is a driving range and teaching academy. A Clubhouse with wonferful views from the large terrace bar and restauraunt. A round of golf here is approximately 70€.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The apartment is ideally placed for exploring the Costa Blanca which has more recorded hours of sunshine per year than any other location in Spain.
The coast to the north, from Denia to Gandia, offers 20 kms of superb, wide, sandy beaches that reach the ‘Blue Flag’ standard whilst to the south you will find rugged cliffs, rocky coves and picturesque resorts such as Javia , Moraira, Calpe and Altea.
The beautiful city of VALENCIA with its historical and cultural attractions including the architectural wonders of the Science Park and L’OCEANOGRAFIC, the largest marine aquarium in Europe lies an hour to the north.
To the South the great family attractions of AQUALANDIA water theme park, MUNDOMAR the animal water park and TERRA MITICA, one of Europes largest family theme parks, are all less than an hour away.
The surrounding area is covered with miles of vineyards, olive, orange and lemon groves. There are numerous breathtaking drives around the local mountain ranges each with their own numerous unspoilt Spanish villages to explore. It is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, or if you prefer the gentler approach, ideal for exploring by car.
School holidays and national holidays are subject to a rental rate of £325.00 per week with the exception of the months of July and August. All season rates include: on arrival - fully cleaned prepared apartment with quality linen and soft colour co-ordinated towelling. Beach towells are not provided. A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable in full before your holiday starts. An additional £100 (refundable) security deposit is also required at this time. Rates include electricity, water and gas. LONG-TERM RENTALS: For long-term rentals during low season months of November, December, January, February and March, the rates will be based on a four-week month at £450 per month. Welcome Pack can be provided for an additional charge of £20.00 GBP. The pack will include: milk, sugar, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, bread and butter. There are 6 beach/pool chairs available to use, 4 small ones ideal for car.
