Our Luxury Apartment

Our new luxury property on the La Torre Golf resort comprises of a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps four.

The apartment occupies a stunning location with a large private south facing terrace leading directly onto the pool area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living/dining room and separate kitchen with utility area. The apartment is fully centrally heated for the winter months and has air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms for those long, hot summers. We also have an allocated underground car parking space for your use.

The apartment is ideally situated within the resort, just 2 minutes walk from the supermarket, and 2 minutes from the golf course, social club and town centre bars and restaurants.

The living room is furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style and features two leather sofas. All mod cons are provided including LCD TV, DVD player, air conditioning, intercom & cable with English channels. Free Wi-Fi is also included. The dining area consists of a table and seating for four.

The large south facing terrace (65 square metres) is accessed from the lounge and main bedroom and has views over the pool area. A quality outdoor table and four chairs are provided together with four sun beds. Pool towels are provided.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board and a full range of crockery, utensils, cutlery and pans.

Both bedrooms have twin beds which can remain as singles or be joined as doubles. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and large built in wardrobes and bedside drawer units giving plenty of storage space for your clothes. A hairdryer and all towels are provided.

The luxurious bathroom has a shower, heated towel rail, toilet, washbasin and bidet.

The Golf Course
Designed by Nicklaus Design, La Torre Golf Resort course offers 18 holes, par 68 and four sets of tees. Provisional distances (Metres): (black) 5,850 (blue) 4,934 (white) 4,422 (red) 3,822. This course features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass has been planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect. Three lakes complete the exuberant landscape of this course.

One of the shorter courses, the La Torre Golf Resort is ideal for both average players and those with a high handicap. At the same time, La Torre Golf Resort preserves the challenge for experienced players who, teeing off from the furthest tee will have to devise the appropriate strategy to cover the fairway with the perfect shot. The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
