We stayed for 8 days .it was a very nice place . joyce was very helpful and the gaurds were nice to .every thing we needed was there all we needed to do was bring the food i do think you need to put a bench in the play area so we can sit down while watching the kids play. the only part i was disapointed with was the area with the dock and picnic spot there was no tables and the gazebo needed cleaning. i would definetly book this place againPaula

The property was exactly as described. Had a great time. Close proximity to the pool & clubhouse. Within reasonable driving distance to all the resorts. Would definitely recommend this vacation property.

Everyone in the community was very nice. It is a little bit of a drive to get to any of the parks but that was no big deal to us. We really liked how quiet and well kept the community was. The description of the place was very accurate and greatly met our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

The property was clean and functional. It was a little farther from shopping and grocery stores than I anticipated or would have liked. The off season price was a great value.
The pool and hot tub area is lovely and very close to the property.

I had booked 49727 at Lake Marion and had cancelled due to medical issues, but we able to go now, so what should we do to continue and keep our booking. The balance was due to be taken in October.

The property was gorgeous inside and out. We didnt need the 2 bedrooms since there was just the 2 of us adults but having the extra room was handy for extra storage. we werent in the condo much. most of the time we were out bouncing around in the parks or touring florida, but by the end of the day we were anxious to get back to the condo and take off our shoes. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well every night.. The area was very peaceful and quiet. Wish we could have had the opportunity to use the pool and hot tub but we were so determined to try out all of the different amusements we never made time for it. we did have some nice conversations with the gate guards. they were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. I would say the 1 and only downside to the condo was the location. It was tucked away on the south side of the lake and you had to drive all the way around the lake to get to any destination. It was about 35 min from disney, but realistically, for the money we paid and the wonderful amount of peacefullness that the area provided, the drive was worth it. the kitchen was fully stocked with any possible utensil you would need, and having the washer and dryer was a lifesaver. I would defiantly stay again, infact, you better believe next chance we get to go on vacation to disney, we will make another reservation. If you want a phenomenal deal and experience for about the same price youd pay for a crap hotel, this my friend is it for you.

Overall Comment - Excellent experience. I will recommend to all without hesitation.
PROs:- The place is very nice, well kept, well organized comfy, vacation home. Can sleep 2 families (up to 6 persons). Master bedroom has 1 x large king size bed. Second bedroom has 2 x Single beds. Kitchen is well organized. There are good books to read, video tapes / DVDs stacked to watch in the home. Pool / Jacuzzi facility (in the common area near the Clubhouse)) is open from 7:00 AM till dusk. We had Quiet & restful stay. We are very satisfied with the facility and best value for money .
Cons: I can only think of one thing though this is not a major issue. DISTANCE. The Owners Bill and Sarah were honest & upfront with me in advisng me that the location of their vacation home is about 45 minutes drive from where the main attractions are. (Disney, Universal, Seaworld etc). If you plan this 45 min drive (onward & return each way) in your daily routine to the attractions, it is not a big deal. Many other vacation property owners in the same marketing site bragg (mislead!) 15-20 mins from Disney.. etc., which may not be really true if you consider the actual driving time that could be longer.
