The island of Lefkada

The bright sun, vivid colours, crystal sea and golden sandy beaches, silver coloured moon and the pure beauty of the untamed natural landscape- these are the features which have sculptured the emerald Greek island Lefkada
Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The east is dominated by the green Prigiponissia with its picturesque anchorages and its sandy gulfs
The safe sea and the several small islands with natural resorts on the eastside of the island offer ideal conditions for sailing, while the modern facilities for anchorage make the place ideal

Location Villa Marella

The villa is located to the South of the Island close to Syvota. The sheltered anchorage at Syvota makes it a favourite with the boating set and boasts a large number of fish taverns to satisfy their needs.
The villa have a private driveway, and is situated within 4,500 square metres of land, which ensures maximum privacy. The villa has a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers, there is direct access to the sea from the villa.

Interior

When entering the villa you arrive in a very spacious living room. There is an open fire in the middle of the room where two French windows lead to a sheltered veranda which runs along the full breadth of the living room.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee machine.

From the living area you have access to spacious double bedrooms with large closets (with a safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas with beautiful sea views.

On the groundfloor there are further two double bedrooms with large closets, en suite bathrooms (bath/shower), and individual verandas offering beautiful views to the sea and out to the swimming pool.

On the groundfloor is an extra living with kitchen facilities

Gorgeous property! Views are breathtaking and home included all amenities you could desire. The pool, patio and outside living spaces are just beautiful. Additionally the host and hostess for the property were fantastic. This is truly the perfect holiday villa.

My party of eight were all extemely satisfied with Villa Marella on Lefkas. We all had our own expectations and each of those were exceeded by far. The cleanliness of the villa is excellent and everything you require is there. The views from the terraces leave you with lifetime memories that no camera acurately captures. My recommendation for access to the villa from Syvota is by reasonably robust vehicles due to the unmade road but this adds to the seclusion and beauty of the villa's location. I strongly recommend anyone who wants a luxury holiday in the Greek Islands to stay at Villa Marella.

Villa Marella definitely exceeded our expectations with breaktaking views over the sea and beautiful surroundings. The villa was equipped with everything one could wish for and was extremely comfortable. If there was one thing that was missing it would be the welcome pack we were told would be there but wasn't, but luckily we had brought a few supplies with us to start us off. We would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Marella to our friends and we hope to return next year.
