The property was very clean and had everything you required. Diane was very helpful and answerd any questions we had. The pool was great and it was a pleasent stroll to the plaza. I will be using this property again and would recommend it to anybody. thank you

Thank you for another lovely holiday - this was my second visit to the villa and will not be my last.. It has everything that you could need for a trouble free holiday, even sun tan lotion in the cupboard!! The villa is clean and very comfortable, it has English tv for those who don't want to miss the soaps and is very quiet for those who want to relax by the pool or on the patio. There is a local supermarket nearby as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The local beach at La Zenia is lovely and sandy and well worth the 10 minute drive. I have yet to try out the local golf course. Maybe next year... wife willing!!!

I found the location of the property excellent, it was close to all local amenities, several local bars & restaurants were a short walk away as was the Plazza wher there was lots of fun activities for the children. The apartment itself was fully furnished and well equipped with microwave, toaster, sandwhich maker, electric kettle, Tv, DVD player & CD player. All the bedding & towels were supplied and the swimming pool was situated straight outside so we could sit outside on the terrace and had a direct view of the pool. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED A FRIEND PASSED ON THE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS APARTMENT ONTO US . WE FOUND THE APARTMENT TO BE VERY CLEAN , TIDY AND WITH THE POOL JUST OUTSIDE THE PATIO , IT WAS IDEAL FOR OUR YOUNG FAMILY . THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFULL .
IT WAS A GREAT FAMILY HOLIDAY AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY .

The property was excellent and all you could want for inside and outside with chairs and BBQ etc., outside. We were made welcome by key holder who was very helpful through out.
I would certainly use again and will recommend friends.

We returned from this property on 22/6/05 and were pleasantly surprised as we arrived at the apartment after only a 50minute drive from Alicanti airport,& that was via the coastal route which we chose rather than the Autostada which would have been quicker.
We contacted the owner before we went & found him very helpful.
We found that the apartment had just been redecorated and had new furniture including a new double bed.
The apartment was very well equiped everything we could possibly need was there,& situated in a splended position catching the sun all day.
We spent much time by the pool in good company as there were a lot of British people in the complex.
We had a great time in a lovley apartment & have recomended it to family & friends who intend visiting shortly.
We found it excellent value for money,much cheaper than the normal package holidays we have taken in the past.
We also found the on site management team very helpful. ( well done villarenters )
