Bit of a nightmare to find, but once youve done it a couple of times you get into the routine. Its on a one way system and not on the TomTom or Google Maps.
When you get there, the location is pleasant. Nice pool, well maintained, good neighbours, visible security, etc. The flat itself is fairly roomy with a nice outlook and indeed there is a glimpse of the sea on the horizon.
There were two bad bits. First, no TV. There was something going on with the satellite TV provider and so we had to listen to radio for the duration of the stay. This was probably good for us!!!! We were not in the property for very long each day anyway.
The second bad bit is the electrics. If you put the kettle on and you have something else going the lights trip out. First time this happened had us hunting around in the dark for the electric panel. (Its behind the front door.) From then on, electrics tripping was a common feature. Id be in the shower, wife would put the kettle on and soon it was like a disco with her flipping the main power switch back on all the time. So, this needs to be fixed really and they need to warm people it happens.
Otherwise, the furniture was clean and comfortable, it caught the sun in the morning nicely - ah, the pots and pans have seen better days and need replacing. Otherwise, everything was clean and reliable.
Its up a long flight of steps. Im ok on steps, but my old mother would die having to do those steps all the time so if you have someone not so mobile in your party consider a ground floor apartment. Overall, a nice place, but the electrics tripping grated.

Thank you for the positive points but I feel an explanation of other points raised is required.
The directions are quite fully explained, an extra link to Google maps is sent on booking with a satellite image of the area although this is some years out of date. This shows the exact position of the bungalow, but at present there are two streets that are not shown on any maps that you need to follow.
The view of the sea 4km away as stated on the web site is not there as the main feature of the view as its too far away. But to explain the open aspect of the property and not the normal closed in concrete feel as a vast number of the properties have in the area.
With the electrics the agent should have explained where the switches were, but I suppose with it being common that the electrics trip out they have become complacent, I will talk with them again to make sure they explain the situation. In Spain to reduce power consumption each house is allocated a maximum supply and for this size of house it is 16amps, which is not very much at all. Some owners install a larger main trip, but this is illegal and very dangerous as it overloads the wiring and could catch fire. The main problem is when the air-conditioning is on, on heat or cool as it takes a large amount of power. Without this on you are able to use lights, kettle, radio or TV, washing machine and hot water. But if you used another high power devise like a hairdryer the power would no doubt trip out. So it’s a simple case of switching one item off before adding to the loa d.
Pots and pans seen better days ? When I last checked everything was OK. I don’t actually use these as we always eat out when we are there. But I will check again and replace when I am there next time.

property was clean and in nice location over looking the pool. quite difficult to find though taxi dropped us off at wrong number and had to walk to try and find it, AT 11.00 at night!! would recomend a car as we did not have one and shops etc were a good 1/2 -45 min walk away. very Quite location brillant for relaxing.

The Plaza where you will find the small super market, banks, bars and restaurants is just over half a kilometre away and this takes me 15 minutes to walk. Although I am quite fit and active, in July and August it takes a little longer due to the heat.

The villa was very well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything needed for an enjoyable time. The shared pool was very clean and a good size and was never too full whilst we were there. As an excellent value for money holiday you couldn't fault it.
My only negative comment was that the area as a whole is being very heavily developed - however Lomas de Golf is right on the edge of the current developments and so remains quiet and peaceful.

Your villa was lovely and clean. We still cannot believe how peaceful and quite it is there. The children had a fantastic time in the pool all day every day and most of the time they had it to them selves. We ate at the small bar around the corner most days sometimes twice do they do a discount if you book a table for the week.
