A well equiped 2 bedroom apartment.

This apartment is near to Villamartin Plaza and Golf course on the Costa Blanca area of Torrevieja.
This comfortable first floor apartment has all the makings of a comfortable home.
You have access to all of the 9 community swimming pools.
There is a supermarket and a good selection of Restaurants and Bars all with in easy walking distance.
A local bus service runs frequently to the beach and the towns of Torreveija, Alicante and Cartegena.
Their are many added features to this property that other holiday homes lack, this has been well thought of by the present owners to make this a holiday to enjoy.
In the immediate area there are 4 Golf courses and within a short drive there are many more. Costa Blanca has an abundance of Golf courses all within 1 hour from the apartment.
The lovely sandy beaches along this coastline many of which have Blue flag status.
There is a go-kart circuit which has different grades of go-karts available to hire.
In the high season June to September the waterpark is open with many different types of water attractions.
Torrevieja has a lovely sea front and harbour area, with a night street market and fair ground attraction.
For the mariners, there is a submarine museum open to the public and a glass bottom boat that operates day trips to the island of Trabarca.
A new shopping centre La Zenia Boulavarde has opened making it an exciting place to visit. with 5000 car parking spaces this is the place to be. It has a Casino, Ten pin bowling alley,Pasta run, Hollywood restuarant, and Berger king, This shopping mall has revitalised the area.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

I know its a cliché, but this is a HOME FROM HOME ( well apart from a gorgeous pool within a few meters of it )... all mod cons. Fantastic and easy arrival , phoned Ian when leaving Murcia and when we got to the apartment was met by the lovely Ann who showed us everything and was happy to help with anything.. just take you clothes ...everything else was there ... beach towels , bath&hand towels , Iron , Hairdryer.. washer/dryer , dishwasher , sat TV with Eng channels,there was even loads of toiletries , everyone seems to leave what that have not used as we have done , this certainly means if you have forgotten something then there is a good chance it will be there. We loved our stay and was made to feel so welcome by everyone we met in Villamartin and we will definitely be back for longer next year. The Hepburns.

VERY NICE PROPERTY, IDEAL FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN - OUR DAUGHTERS (6 AND 11 YEARS OLD) WAS REALLY HAPPY AND NEVER BORED. EASY TO GET TO THE LOCAL SHOPS BEACH AND ANNYWERE. WE ENJOY VERY MUCH ARE STAY, VERY CLEAN, HIGHLY RECOMEND TO ANYONE. THANK YOU TO THE OWNES - ANN & IAN - VERY FRIENDLY, NICE AND HELPFULL.

We came across this property while trying to find somewhere cheap and cheerful as a base for our holiday after our original accommodation plans fell through, and for the price we expected little more than the basics. What we got though was fantastic- the apartment was clean, well-stocked with linen, towels and entertainment, and was of a general high standard throughout. There were even things to do for my not-quite-3yr old-any parent will know how important this is especially when limited as to what you can bring with you. A choice of 9 pools around should you need a break from the beach (we hired a car so spent most of the trip travelling the area and its fab beaches), it is in a quiet location so no noisy bars/clubs keeping you up, but a vast choice of restaurants/bars within easy reach. Location-wise we found it ideal for exploring the area, Alicante only 1 hour drive north and we even went up to Benidorm for a day out, being only 1/2 hour past Alicante. Murcia only 1/2 hour away, and while the villa is slightly inland the coast is only 5-10 mins by car. An ideal family choice, we would definitely stay here again, and thank you to the owners for making us feel welcome, we had a wonderful stay :)

we stayed for two weeks with our two daughters and our four year old grandaughter Good value for money,was like a home from home.The owners of the property are very freindly we had a lovely holiday and will return in the future
