Good value for money, pity there was such a hill up to it, very clean apartment well kept. We did not get a change of linen or towels for the week. Overall a very good holiday

Thank you for feedback which is welcome.

All of the best accommodation and some of the best restaurants in Los Cristianos are set on a hill - that is the nature of the resort and indeed the whole island. Chipeque is only half way up the hill - so raised up giving nice views - which is why it is so popular.

If you read the arrival information sent to you, it clearly states that towels and linen change are weekly. You only stayed for 1 week!

I am really glad you had a very good holiday and we hope we can be of assistance in the future.

we have just returned excellent property lovely sun trap in the late of the day only a couple of criticisms their was only 2 tv channels which were both news very boring , there was no toilet paper when we arrived and no bath mat next to bath apart form that very happy

Thank you for the review and I am glad you had a lovely time. I have spoken to the cleaners about the issues and it wont happen again.
Just to let any future renters know, from 2011 the complex installed a new satellite TV system with full UK TV - BBC, ITV etc.

We had a great holiday at the Chipeque apartment. The apartment itself was lovely and equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was nice, although only one of the three showers was working! We were slightly disappointed that T.V. viewing was very limited as we had expected to be able to watch BBC ITV, etc. However this did not detract from our over-all enjoyment of the holiday. The Chipeque reception and lounge area was a bit jaded and out of date and could do with a refurb. Again, however, this became irrelevant as we did not spend any time there. The apartment complex was at the top of a hill, which we initially found a bit daunting. We did get the hang of it and the exercise was beneficial! All things considered we had a great time and would certainly recommend the area to friends.

The complex hopes to have BBC, ITV installed this year (2008) but there are other satellite channels.

Just to correct you on one point, the complex is actually only half way up the hill so we've never found this a problem. It is located in what is generally thought of as being the nicest area in Los Cristianos.
