the property was in a good position easy walk to beach and main roed where buses were very plentiful. the caretaker was very helpful and kept the gardens and pool area in excellent condition.the apartment was well equiped but the beds were in a rather poor state and needed replacing and the bedding did not fit the beds properly.The only noise was the generator but this was only switched on twice during our 12 day stay so was not a problem. I would have liked more photos of the building,pool and inside of the apartment when considering booking as it was just a bit unknown. I would think more photos would make this apartment more letable.as the photos with the advert were only of Alanya

Fnantastic appartment for the price, close to everything. Would recommend you rent a car to get around though. Hasan was fabulous. Will be booking again to come here

The owner had thought of absolutely everything and for all ages.
The fixtures and fittings we functional and decorative essentially the property far exceeded our expectations.
On arrival our driver could not find the property and so I rang the owner who answered the phone after four rings and organised the building manager Mr Hassan to come to find us which he did. The owner was exemplary despite the lateness of the hour. Mr Hassan contributed to our stay immensely.
Once we vacated the property we re-booked # 8 for an additional 7 days which failed to live up to the high standards set by # 4, which was unavailable.
I would suggest that directions to the property be made available in Turkish as few locals can read English well.

Just returned from a week in Mahmutlar and stay at this excellent apartment.On arrival at 4o clock in the morning we were met by the caretaker manager Hassan,couldnt have been more helpfull during our stay.The apartment was an excellent size with one ensuite bathroom and one family bathroom.3 balconies could go on and on.Thanks again if coming to this area again would definately Stay Here!!!!!

Apart from the fridge that was not working properly the other facilities were OK. The house keeper Hasan was excellent, very kind and friendly, always helpful and punctual. There was a nice garden and clean pool, the area was quiet
and it was near Aqua park. Overall enjoyable time and place to stay.

Just returned from an excellent holiday at this apartment in June / July 2009. The apartment far exceeded our expectations due to being available at such a bargain price. The apartment is well furnished. The bedrooms are large and have spacious wardrobes and storage areas.
Bath / Shower rooms are modern, fully tiled and clean. There are 3 balconies - One from each bedroom and a very large balcony accessed from the Lounge. We used this exclusively for our mealtimes. Air conditioning keeps the place comfortable in the Turkish summer heat.
The caretaker (Hasan) is very good and really assists in making the holiday. He has a car and a moped which he happily "loans" to guests. He also arranged our trips at better value than vendors and would be great assistance should a crisis occur. The apartment is in a quiet location at the edge of town. We found the best beaches were toward Kargilak where Goldcity take their guests. We would highly recommend the apartment and will use it again if we holiday in the area
