This small studio is located on the 4th floor of the famous NEGRESCO and is acessed by a lift.
The studio consists of new wooden floors with a double fold out couch (sofa-bed). a small table and two chairs ( please refer photos).
There is a new LCD flat screenTV with over 100 cable chanels.full high speed internet via cable of WIFI.
The bathroom cosits of a shower, basin and toilet.
Although the studio has a large window it has no sea veiw and looks direcly onto an internal coutyard area.
The room is small but it is in the most famous building in Nice with the beach in front of the building.
This studio was completly renovated in Oct 2010

Endless supply of hot water as it forms part of the NEGRESCO HOTEL supply. Although it is a small basic studio on the 4th floor with no sea veiw, it is in the most famous building in Nice. Many local and international celebrities stay in the Hotel section
