The property is well maintained and minimal décor which is what you need on holiday more time to enjoy your holiday instead of spending time cleaning, the property is in a good location right balance to travel to all locations of interest

We stayed in Block A which was furthest from the pool area, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the pool area itself was good albeit there werent any allocated recliners for A12.
The property is conveniently located for Nissi Beach area and a walk to Aiya Napa is well within most peoples abilities, otherwise there are plenty of taxis / buses available.
Plenty of local restaurants and bars to choose from.
All in all, the property itself was excellent, the location good and Nissi Beach area just the right balance between quiet & lively.
Whilst the current economic circumstances meant Elena Court was probably quieter than it may be at other times, it suited us perfectly.

Very nice appartment with new and high quality furniture. Distance to the beach more than 300 m (as described) but nevertheless a very good choice if you want to stay near Nissi Beach.
