The Property

The property is newly built to a very high standard set in a private semi residential location surrounded by well established gardens with mountain views to the rear.The resort is surrounded by beautiful orange groves
It offers a perfect base for golfers and families alike or those just wanting a quiet relaxing holiday.We can also accommodate larger parties by using other accommodation on the same resort
While car hire is not essential we highly recommed it as it facilitates local grocery shopping and also the ability to visit many of the lovely coastal towns on the Costa Blanca
PLEASE NOTE;-There are no Gas appliances in this property

Health Spa and Indoor Pool
The resort complex has a large communal pool with small section for the younger ones.The resort has a full health spa and fitness rooms,pool and jacuzzi (small extra charge).The complex has a golf school and tennis courts.

This luxurious beach and golf resort is the perfect place whether you are looking for activity or relaxation.The urbanization's superb location is right on the beachfront of the Mediterranean Sea, between the towns of Denia and Oliva. The Club de Golf Oliva Nova 18-hole course was designed by the Spanish Golfing legend Severiano Ballesteros and is widely considered his best design to date.A must for equestrian enthusiasts is the newly opened Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre Hosting the MET Mediterranean Equestrian Tour Feb 14th - March 11th 2013 plus numerous events throughout the year.
The nearby town of Oliva is typically Spanish with its Cervercarias and street tables and tapas bars
Denia is a port and beach town about 15 minutes away with its many restaurants and tree lined boulevards which provide a perfect shady escape from the midday heat whilst sipping a cold drink.

As well as satellite TV there is also a playstation console with games for the younger ones.Car hire is recommended for visiting other resorts in the area.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

This property was exactly as described by the owners. We found everything we needed and it was extremely well cared for. It was spotless on arrival and all the instructions for keys/entry were perfect. It has a lovely communal pool, though I would say that some other owners were not entirely tolerant of small children taking buoyancy aids into it! We stayed out of season but found that most things were open (shops, bars etc) and everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. You really do need a car here though to enjoy life outside of the complex. I would reccommend this villa. The property was first class.
