The Location

Situated in the traditional Greek Cypriot village of Oroklini just 20 minutes from Larnaca airport and a five minute drive to the beach.

The apartment is right on the edge of the vilage giving an uninterupted view to the coast yet it is only a seven minute walk to the village centre. There you will find a well stocked supermarket, at least five very good tavernas, a couple of quiet bars, a bank, a pharmacy and two bakeries which stay open until very late!

Nearby activities include horse riding, go-karting and tenpin bowling as well as all the usual water sports at the beach.



The Complex
This superbly appointed one-bedroomed apartment which sleeps 4 people was completed in May 2006.

The apartment is on the first floor of this showcase development, 'Mediterranean Sunrise', built to high standard and exacting specification. There is a lift to all floors of the three-storey block.

The gated complex affords privacy and exclusivity.

There is a designated parking space on the ground floor and a caretaking service is available on site. Look at this view!

A beautiful uninterrupted view towards the coast across open countryside and olive groves to the blue Mediterranean!

Start the day with breakfast on the balcony, in the Cyprus sunshine.....

Then later, imagine yourself relaxing in the quiet of the evening, glass of wine in hand...

Cool off in the fantastic feature pool!
You will love the pool and the sun-lounging area - just right for making sure you go home with the best suntan!

There are two feature pools for exclusive use of residents.
The larger, deeper pool has a superb rock and waterfall feature. There is a bridge separating the deeper pool from the shallower one [this is ideal for children - 18 inches deep].

There is also a whirlpool/jacuzzi beside the main pool and ornamental flower gardens complement the area well.

It feels completely private in the pool area, as it is entirely enclosed.

There are separate male and female showers, toilets and changing rooms situated beside the pool.

Sun loungers are provided around the pool.

At night, the pool looks fantastic when it is floodlit underwater.

There is a satelite TV (free-to-air) and DVD player as well as a portable radio/CD player.

A powerful free-standing fan is provided.

There are three sliding doors opening on to the balcony which can open from left or right.

On the balcony is a 4ft round table and four chairs with cushions. This is a lovely, tranquil room......

The air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds.

Again, in traditional style, locally made Cypriot furniture has been used.

There is fantastic built-in storage in two floor-to-celing wardrobes, incorporating shelves, drawers and hanging space.

Access to the balcony by two sliding doors.

All bed linen is provided. The bathroom is nice and roomy!

It has a full-size bath with a shower over.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
