This is a lovely property and the owners were very helpful with some special requirements. The rooms are all of a fair size, my only criticism is that there is no air conditioning except for 1 bedroom (out of 4) and only 1 fan. Other than this the villa was spacious, the pool was great and cleaned once while we were there in the week. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Our villa was changed about two weeks before we went to VERI BLAU, Son Veri Nou, ref no. 56719 by the renters as there were repairs to the road outside Villa Blanca. They let us have this villa at same price. It was most kind of them to think of this. However arriving in the dark we were told the wrong house number and then could not see how to open the gates which caused us some concern. We had to e-mail the renters who rang us to apologise for giving us the wrong number and told us how to enter the property. Once inside, the property was very interesting although towards the end of the week it was a little cold particularly first thing in the morning and last thing at night. They told us how to put the heating on but it never worked which was disappointing as we had a young baby with us.

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday at Villa Blanca. The house is very spacious, it has a nice private swimming pool and a very beautiful garden. The house is maybe not one of the newest in the area, but still very comfortable and cosy. First we had some difficulties in some details (did not realize that the driving gate opens simply by hand, could first not find the washing machine in the cellar and the third shower/WC in the yard building), but everything turned out quite well. The driving instructions were very helpful, as for example google maps give another location for the house number 1 (in fact, there seem to be two houses with number 1 on Carrer Joan XXIII in Sa Cabaneta!!) The location is also very good for exploring Mallorca by car (easy access to the main higways), as well as Palma (Marratxi railway station for local trains is some 2 km from the villa). We enjoyed our stay very much and are happy to recommend the villa for our friends.

this property is huge with four large bedrooms, the pool is huge and very private, the weather was very hot and the only thing lacking was air conditioning, as the rooms tended to heat up very quickly, but overall a very enjoyable holiday, quiet and relaxing!!

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT .THE POOL AND GARDENS WERE VERY PRIVATE AND HAD LOVELY VIEWS TO PALMA.THE ONLY THINGS THAT WERE NOT IDEAL WERE THE SIZE OF THE SHOWER AND HOW QUICKLY THE HOT WATER RAN OUT .THE TV HAD AROUND 600 CHANNELS BUT ONLT THREE WERE IN ENGLISH! OVERALL, THE VILLA IS LOVELY AND WE WOULD GO BACK AGAIN.

Nice house and garden with very nice wiew over Palma.
The pool and garden would have been lovely to use hadn't it been for the rainy and cold weather during our week.
It was a bit difficult to find the right house at the end of the description.
The emergency phonenumber didn't work.
We couldn't cook towards the end of the week - we ran out of gas and didn't find instructions how to deal with the matter.
Apart from that - we enjoyed our stay very much.
