This holiday villa accommodates 8 people and is particularly suited to families with children as it is roomy and has a large garden with lawns and a pool. The comfort and high standard of equipment ensure a perfect ambience and an unforgettable seaside holiday. Here you can relax in complete peace. Entirely enclosed and protected, you can enjoy complete privacy. The two covered terrasses with sufficient seating allow you to sit outside in all weather. There is likewise to hand a permanent installation for informal barbecues. With a total living area of approximately 200 square metres, the villa has an elegant and comfortable living room split up into different areas, a modern kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest WC.
An open living-eating area provides ample room for get-togethers, parlour games or simply relaxation. To make the living-room cosy, there are sofas, various groups of seats, satellite TV with a large flat screen,, a DVD-player and internet. The modern kitchen, with a serving-hatch to the eating area, is well equipped, with a hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dish-washer, a micro-wave, a coffee machine, a toaster and all the usual kitchen accessories. In the neighbouring working-area, there is the washing-machine and ironing equipment.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a studio-couch and a separate guest WC.
On the first floor of the villa are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bath with a shower screen and WC. One bedroom has a large double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have each two single beds and a fitted wardrobe.
