The warmth of the reception from Joulietta and her father cast aside a somewhat wet, windy and chilly week. If the weather let us down the accommodation and hospitality certainly didnt. Quite simply excellent and the catering is highly recommended - the meze on arrival and barbecue were outstanding. A wonderful family holiday and we all look forward to a return visit.

We thought that the property was great - the views are fantastic and the furnishings and fixtures are of a high standard. We would definately recommend this villa for anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Cyprus!

This was our second visit to Villa Mandra.
The Villa is well equipped, very clean and is exactly like the pictures and description, if not better.
The views from the Villa are amazing, I would not hesitate in recommending Villa Mandra to friends and family.

The villa was contemporary, comfortable and very well equiped. It had fantastic views and we really enjoyed staying there. Joulietta was extremely helpful and gave by far the best service we have experienced whilst renting holiday villas. I would definately recommend this villa and hope to return one day.

Our holiday was spoilt by the fact that we didnt have hot water at the start of the first week. Also the dishwasher was out of action inspite of us being told it would be repaired during our stay. There seemed to be a problem with the electrics and towards the end of the 2nd week we again had problems with the temperature of the water.

We stayed in Villa Mandra for 2weeks in October . We are so glad we did. We were met by Joulietta and her father and made to feel very welcome and we immediately felt at home. There were 4 of us plus a baby and so we had loads of room. Jouleitta provided a lovely cot and bedlinen for the baby. The views were spectacular especially the sunsets and twinkling lights at night. The villa was light, airy and very comfortable and everything was very clean. THe location was quiet and peaceful with direct access to the wonderful countryside to walk for miles. We would all thoroughly recommend this beautiful villa and will be back soon!

The villa was excellent, in a lovely location and the views were unbelievable.
The villa was very clean and the furnishings and equipment was of a very high standard.
Joulietta was very helpful, I would not hesitate in recomending this villa to anyone.

Lovely villa and Joulietta was very accommodating. Quiet and great views. Pool clean and large enough for max. occupancy.
Only gripes were linen and towels only changed weekly, A/C is timed to go off after 2 hours which when temp. reached 34c was rather annoying - if asleep you had to wake to switch it back on . Once pointed out the master bedrooms were adjusted though so top marks for customer care. Although kitchen well equipped the pans are small - making pot. salad and pasta salad for BBQ quite a challenge !
Overall a good experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I do appreciate that your stay at Villa Mandra was at the peak of the heat wave we have been experiencing over the past couple of weeks. As Villa Mandra is fitted out with ceiling fans and a/c units most of our visitors prefer to cool their rooms down prior to retiring and then running the a/c for a further 2 hours with the overhead fan through to the morning. This avoids soar throats and other problems that constant a/c use can bring on. Regarding the linen being changed on a weekly basis this is the normal procedure for most privately run villas. Of course if you had mentioned that you wanted a change of linen I would have been more than happy to have arranged this for you. Although clean towels are provided after 3-4 days of use again if you required more frequent changes then I would have been more than happy to arranged this for you. Glad you enjoyed the villa and it will be a pleasure to have you visit us again.

Villa Mandra was excellent! It was exceptionally clean and fitted out to a very high standard throughout to make it very luxurious. For our party of mixed ages there was something to please everyone. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this villa to my friends and colleagues. We liked it so much that we have already decided to return next year!!

A lovely villa with spectacular views. The villa has everything you need and is quite luxurious.
The owner, Joulietta, is there to meet and greet you upon arrival which is very nice and useful to be shown around the villa and surely a 5 star equipped villa with every comfort of home.
Although our holiday was during the month of April, the swimming pool was heated which enabled us all to enjoy a refreshing swim every day. We would have no reservations in recommending this high quality villa at anytime during the year and we much appreciated Jouliettas friendly and professional attention during our stay.

Ayways, I want to personally say we have had a fantastic holiday in Neo Chorio and loved every minute of it...the property managers patience and hospitality are endless and we appreciate all of it! We surely will be talking about our experience to every one we know and will be forwarding their details...we got meals cooked for us as well as barbeques cooked for us and all in all the food was fingerlickingly delicious! We had both sets of parents i.e. mine and my husbands and we went with our two girls...everyone has been talking endlessly about their experience...Villa was gorgeous and beyond words to describe...it was a great experience and kids loved the Cypriotic hospitality of receiving gifts upon goodbyes etc...ever so special...

We stayed at Villa Mandra Oct 2009, and cannot fault the villa for the quality or Joullieta and her dad, for the care and attention they gave us during our holiday. In fact, it was so good, Im just browsing now for booking a return trip and then realised I havent left a review on this site!! The villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had stunning views. We have 3 children (13, 12 and 8) and it was sometimes a chore to get them to leave the villa! Jouillieta and Dimetrious (her dad) went over and above the call of duty for us when our son landed in hospital with suspected apendicitis, staying at the hospital all day and being our translater. We cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed, over and above the top level of professionalism that they both achieved in managing Villa Mandra. It was both a delight and pleasure and one which the whole family would highly recommend to anyone!

We stayed at the end of October and Villa Mandra is stunning. The location is perfect - in the hills above Coral Bay. The villa itself is well equipped, the pool, rooms, BBQ etc etc are all wonderful. Joulietta is a wonderful host and was always helpful. There are some wonderul restuarants nearby - ask Joulietta to recommend some! We loved it and would definately recommend a stay there. We hope to return!

The Villa Mandra exceeded our expectation: A beautiful villa, outstandingly equipped, furnished and looked after, with breath taking views, complete privacy and convenient access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is ideal for family vacation - our children enjoyed it immmensely and so did we.
Joulietta, the property manager gave us an oustanding care - she helped us hire cars at a very cheap rate, advised on trips and restaurants, visited us several times to see that nothing is amiss!
It was a fantastic vacation and we shall certainly return to the villa mandra and recommend it to our friends!

The quality of the furnishings and the equipment provided was very good. The villa was as described and well cared for and the people we dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. We definitely would reommend them.

This is an exceedingly well appointed villa in a lovely location overlooking Coral Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool. The kitchen was particularly high spec and the gas bbq was great. This is the first holiday villa where we have been able to sleep comfortably as the beds are supremely comfortable and not the usual hard platforms! Joulietta is particularly helpful and welcoming. We can thoroughly recommend this villa.

Excellent! Stunning views, fantastic villa, peaceful, relaxing and only a few minutes from Coral Bay - 15 mins from Paphos. Had only been on 2 villa holidays before - as I much prefer the Hotel set up - both times I told my wife Id never do a villa holiday again, hence them being 10 years apart. Somehow she convinced me to try again, saying it would suit us better with the age of the kids, etc, etc and relunctantly I agreed. She was right aout it suiting the kids and all that and I was pleasantly surprised - no shocked - at the quality of the place! Would definitely go back to this place - as I already said - stunning in every way. My parents came up for a couple of days, and after 10 minutes of being there my father - who is able to find fault in absolutely everything and anything - declar ed, "its not good here, this patio and pool area MUST get the sun all day!!

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Mandra. The villa is very well co-ordinated with every comfort possible. The Internet access in the villa was really appreciated as we could keep in touch with friends and family back home.
The views from the villa are amazing and you never tire of them especially watching the sunset in the evening.
We will be back!

The villla was spectacular with modern comforts, lovely funiture, the double matreses were beautiful and comfortable, however the twin bedded mattresses were not very comfortable (I slept in one on one occasion).
It would have been good to have been able to have a sky card as we paid a lot for the holiday and overall it would make not a lot of differenct to the owner.
The kitchen lacked various things such as cooking pots, measuring jug a juice jug, wooden spoons, decent knives these were later provided) the tea towels were in a terrible state, worn, hard and some had massive holes in them, the dishwasher didnt hold in the wash tablet so had to be re sdone constantly. I didnt like the touch controls on the appliances, very frustrating and slow to get anything to work.
The look of the pool was amazing gorgeous infinity pool and warm, the barbecue area needs a light aboove the actual cooking area - impossible to see. Great place to stay with amazing views over Paphos.

Thank you for your 5* review. As you say, Villa Mandra is truly a spectacular villa with the infinitiy pool and its air flow jacuzzi where you can soak in the sun and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding hillsides. Plus the highest standard of furnishings and the latest electrical appliances: cooker/oven with touch controls and the American style refridgerator with filtered chilled water with an ice making facility. I really appreciated the little thankyou gift left by your children expressing their thanks for the Wii in the games room and their comments that Villa Mandra was the best villa they have stayed in! We have finally managed to sort out a Sky package for Villa Mandra which you will be pleased to know. Unfortunately things do take a little longer to arrange here in Cyprus than back in the UK. I must apologise for the confusion in the kitchen as I do supply older tea towels for use around the BBQ which usually need to be disposed of after use and there is a supply of brand new tea towels in the villa for use in the kitchen. Plus there is a full saucepan set in the cupboard on the right hand side of the oven which unfortunately you must have overlooked. I am pleased to note that Villa Mandra exceeded your expectations and you would definitely recommend Villa Mandra to your family and friends. Joulietta
