highly recommend this apartment. we had a wonderful holiday here. balcony is a sun trap, hot all day and lovely and warm at night. we had a lovely holiday. apartment very clean and well equipped. ceiling fans were very much appreciated. owner very nice. complex kept very clean, well lit, pool kept very clean. will definitely book again when we go back to tenerife.

The apartment was good clean & well equipped. The bathroom let it down - it is in need of a refurb - shame because everything else is good. The balcony is a big plus & the sun is on it all day long. The owner was very helpful - met us as we arrived & took us in his car to the nearby supermarket couldnt have been more helpful. The room is a little bit away from the bars & retaurants but a 10 min walk & there are plenty to choose from - if the hill back is too steep taxis are only about 3 euros

very good location,well equiped, clean, large sunny balcony, onsite two large swimming pool other sports facility, spar supermarket located on ground floor aquapark on oposite the resort..san eugenio town centre only 7 minitues walk...majority tour pick up point from aquapark wich is opposite the resort. the owner of apartment is greatman...2 star money for 4 star facility..car not required . I would give my 5 star to owner as well. this apartment is realy value for money.las america is 3.5 mile away.

lovley apartment, fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of. balcony been the best faeture of this property, we didnt move from the balcony all holiday. it had the sun all day. Pool was very quiet.
would defo go back again, and stay at this apartment.

Clean apartment with good furnishings, adequate kitchen and good balcony. Had some problems with the electrics in wet weather but we found that by playing about with the circuit breakers we were only without power to the sockets, lighting and hot water still available. I dont think this is the only apartment in Spain that suffers from this problem! The flat would benefit from a washing machine although there are laundry facilities on the site but they are only adequate at best. The owners rep was very helpful and called during our stay to make sure that everything was OK. Godd facilities close to the apartment, but I am sure the hill into town gets longer on the return journey day on day

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in November 10. The balcony is amazing and gets the sun from 9.30am until it goes down. The apartment has all the facilities you need and if you need any help the owners are a phone call away.
They promised to bring us extra towels, and sure enough the next day they did. They were very accommodating to our flights and allowed us to use the apartment until our evening flight.
I would most definately recommend this villa and would love to return soon/

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable with an excellent view towards the sea. The facilities on the site were excellent with easy access to local amenities such as shops and restaurant. I would definately consider staying at this property in the future.

this appartment was fantastic we where met as soon as we got there and it had every thing like home from home even down to having pegs and a needle and thread,it was very clean and plenty of every thing ie towels,bedding toilet paper etc.If we needed any thing at all all we had to do was phone and we got it i also liked the fact that we could still have the appartment till we got picked up at 5pm so no trailing our cases around they just couldnt do any more for you if they tried VERY VERY PLEASED INDEED.

Myself and my husband have just returned from this apt. We stayed here from March 15th-22nd 2009 as a treat for my 40th Birthday. Cannot fault the apt. More than adequetly equipped. Balcony enormous. Miguel who I was instructed to phone on arrival at Tenerife airport met us at the reception area of the complex. He was more than helpful. A gentleman! Location was ok for us. 10-15 min walk to beach. Would not recommend for the elderly or infirm as there is quite a steep hill to tackle when walking back up to the apt. Please take previous reviewers good advise about the lift. The area itself is beautiful. Eating and drinking very cheap. Great entertainment in most bars/restraunts each evening. Weather was fabulous. Great holiday overall. Highly recommended.

Second time we have been to this property ...was even better the second time ..every thing seemed closer ,a great escape to a large sunny balcony,and comfortable apartment 1minute walk to lovelly pool area cant wait to go again

The apartment is bright ,clean and well eqiupped. The location is excellent,close to two large supermarkets,good restaurants and local bars with satellite sports TVs...important to my sports loving husband. The large sunny balcony is wonderful...an extension of the apartment that can be used from breakfast to dinner time. Miguel lived up to all his great reviews. Responded immediatly to any minor problems,brought his own DVDs and offered more than we needed. We felt secure in the knowledge that if we encountered serious problems in a strange country we could call on him to help sort things out. We will be back!

Stayed in this apartment in March 2008. We liked it that much we booked again for this March 2009. The balcony is superb - sun all day long. Its in a quietish area but not too far away from San Eugenio shopping area and bars. The perfect place for a relaxing break. I can highly recommend this appartment.

The apartment was great, a home from home, Miguel who looks after the apartment was very helpfull, showed us around were everything was. The balcony was great, you can sunbath there all day. We will be returning this property in the furture and have already recommended it to friends. All in all a good place to stay.

We found the apartment itself fabulous, with the view from the large terrace breathtaking at sunset! The welcome pack far exceeded our expectations and saved us trying to find a supermarket open on Christmas Day!! To have several changes of towels and bedlinen was a great help, as were the fans in both bedroom and lounge. We were a little concerned about booking online over Christmas, but Snr Sanz was in touch with us several times during our stay, which we found helpful.The only down side were some other guests on the complex taking great pleasure in screaming at the top of their voices every night at 4.00am for us all to wake up!! There is not much anyone can do about such stupid behaviour - you get it everywhere you go. We found the walk into Los Cristianos lovely along the coast and walk back up Cardiac Hill very testing at times - but a pit stop in the Star Bar was always refreshing. Will definitely return in the Spring.

we have just returned from our second visit to this apartment, as with my posting in 2006 you struggle to find fault with a the accommodation, the service up on arrival is not a problem, gracias to Migel on that side of things. Our welcome pack was well beyond our expectations we needed nothing to go out for, as all our imediated basic needs were provided, including a nice bottle of whisky for my evening drink on the patio, a nice touch indeed. there are plenty of clean towels and bedding, you dont even need beach towels to take.
The dirty linen was replaced at the start of our second week..we look forward to our 2008 visit
as the weather was 2 weeks of blue skies and fantastic sunshine every day.

My wife & I stayed in this appartment over Christmas & New Year, we have been going to Tenerife at this time now for about 4 years and in the past always booked into a Hotel half board. The good thing about staying here is you can do your own thing & eat out in different places each night which my wife preferred. Also the balcony gets the sun from sun rise to sun set so it was great getting the paper out of the shop on the complex and eating breakfast out there each morning. On arrival we were met by a gentleman who could not have been more helpfull he even drove us to the supermarket to load up with breakfast food etc. At the opposite end from the reception there is a lift which takes you down next to a Chinese resturant if you go across the road walk thro a car pack & turn left it takes you a short cut to the beach and avoids a good bit of the hill. I hired a car thinking I would use it to drive down & back to the beach each day but the car was hardly used as parking at the beach is a no no. I endorse all of the previous postings.We are a couple in our fifties and after finding the lift & shortcut did not find the walking too bad. We found the entertainment in the Pheasant Plucker at night to be very good it is only a 10-15Min walk & the resturant just before you get to it to be very good also. Can recommend this place.

We have just returned from using this apartment, all of the reviews indicate the very high standards this apartment presents and its exelent value for money. I contacted the phone number upon arrival and was met by Migel at reception, he helped in taking down our luggae, gave us an introduction to all in the appartment and its fittings etc.
You will not need for nothing as the attention to detail goes as far as, towels to take to the pool, soft cushions for those hard sun beds, 2 hi-fis systems, DVD player ,remote controlled overhead fans, even a sandwich toaster is on hand. A safe is also provided
We had been left tea.coffe,water and milk along with a nice bottle of wine well presented on the breakfast bar. We had a call mid week to see how things were going. You have a contact number if anthing goes wrong.
You will have read all of the reveiws and they are all factual and saying the same, we can only endorse the same, forget the hills they are everywhere in Tenerife, I can assure you that when you sit on the terrace late at night, with a glass of something special overlooking Playa you will appreciate the location.
This apartment even gives you a small selection of books and island guides and even games for the kids..the little touches are important and make all the differance. The remote controlled ceiling fans make a pleasent addition.Space is no more than average, certainally the terrace gives you that extra space anyway.
The only thing I can think of that this appartment lacks is a roll up sunblind, as it will get very hot in the summer, although we were getting 30's last week and it was hot on the terrace.
we endorse all of the previous postings .so don't delay book it.

myself, partner & 2 children stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks oct/nov this year. had a great time. the apartment isn't big, but very well equipt (even had needle & cotton in the cupboard).but as for the size, it's as big as you need for a holiday and the large balcony is extra living space in that climate.we had read the reviews, so we new what to expect about the hill.we didn't find it that bad,because in the day when it's really hot (and would be a problem) we took the lift up from by the chinese in the town.the owner was very nice and very helpful.while we were there all the apartments were having something done to the satelite,so we phoned him about it and he came to see us a couple of times, once to lend us some of his childs dvd's.we will definately go back.

I've stayed around the area of Malibu Park a few times but never stayed in these apartments, I've seen a lot of reviews on other websites about problems in Malibu Park (i.e Hill to high, Apartments being broken into, all 18-30 year old etc etc) I'm glad to say i've got none to report, It was a joy to be staying in a nice clean and quiet apartment for two weeks and the Balcony was one of the biggest in the whole of Malibu park and the sun really was on the Balcony from 1st thing till it went down over the La Gomera at the end of the day and what a view, The Apartment was well kept with enough towels to do a family for 2 weeks nevermind just the two of us and we was greeted very well at the main reception and helped down with our suitcases, 1st impressions of the apartment lasted the whole two weeks, I know people go away on holiday to get away from everything but the only thing me and my partner missed was the Television, we like to watch our soaps so even though it say's you are getting satellite television your only actually getting SkyNews and BBC1 with sound for about 4hours of the afternoon, If you got all the sky package i'd defo book for 3 weeks next year, Malibu park is a bit of a climb from the main road from the reception but the two ways around it are walking across into Island Village and walking up and down their stairs (Stairs are much easier than a hill anyday) or the lift that takes you down to ground level, A taxi from the beach to Malibu park was only €5 so that was'nt bad, Overall i'd have to give the whole stay 10 out of 10, i would have gave it 11 out of 10 if we had a full satellite package ;o), I'd just like to thank everyone in making it a great holiday.

We were very pleased with the standard in the appartment and they were very helpful, loads of fresh towels and bedding, however the location wasn't great.
There was lots of walking to get to the beach, which is ok going, as its down hill but a killer coming back up hill, far more the estimated 15 mins
Best restaurant was Chaplins which we ate in every night of our last week.
The pool was closed for 2 days and the reception gave out free passes to the aqua park but only to those who had gone through a travel agent.
I would go again but when the babies are out of pushchairs.

After being messed around by our tour operater when we went to Tenerife last Jan, we decided to do it ourselves this time and are we glad we did... The apartment we booked was spotlessly clean and tidy with plenty of room for 4 people and a baby, bed linen and towels were provided in abundance, the balcony was a right little suntrap that got the sun for a majority of the day, some days we had to come inside for being baked alive it was that hot, and this was jast a few days ago in march !!. The room was suitably kitted out with tv,dvd player and stereo for entertainment, the kitchen although only used for cooking our baby daughters food was more than adequate for what we needed, with kettle,toasters,juicer,microwave. the apartment is about 5-10 mins walk from the seafront/harbour area, this is not too bad going as all down hill, but uphill coming back, though after the fisrt 5 days of walking up "cardiac Hill " as we called it, someone told us about a lift at side of the chinese resturant that takes you up to the apartment block we needed and then it's just up a few steps to out level making the task much easier. Plenty of cafes and bars just at the bottom of the complex and can recommend the les and mags yorkshire cafe for excellent food and breakfast's. Will definitely be going back to Costa Adeje next year and if available will be going back to apartment 2065. when we got there we were greeted by the owners who showed us all around the apartment, even offered to take us to local shopping market to buy our shopping for the week, now that's service, nice welcom pack left in the room for when we got there, couldn't do enough for us and was available if we need him anytime. Thouroughly enjoyable week, weather, and apartments, Can def recommend staying here you won't be dissappointed.

Treated really well from the moment we booked. Nothing was any trouble. Transfers and welcome pack arranged, apartment spotless (with lots of linens and towels (soft) - and we loved the huge balcony.
A bit further out from the resort than we would normally book but worth the walk.
We would definitely use again - already sent an enquiry for next year.

Was looked after extremely well with a courtesy phone call before we left advising us that Nacho would meet us there at malibu parks reception 1 hour after our flight landed! as soon as we had landed i had recieved a message from nacho welcoming me and advising me he was at reception! Nacho was great and really helpful! but the appartment itself was brilliant, Considering the amount we payed we were thrilled with what we got! a very spacious clean appartment with all mod cons and an outstanding terrace which soaks up the sun at its peak! Ok the location isn't the best on tenerife! but we had a rented car so the location wasn't an issue! if your not renting a car dont worry too much the restaurants and pubs all close by are great and cheap too and if you want to go into the busier resorts just get a taxi from the taxi rank just outside! (taxis are very cheap) Overall though if theres anyone reading this that is unsure on malibu park i would definately recommend the appartment and the service from the owners.

This was an excellent apartment, which was nicely furnished with fantastic facilities and was exceptionally clean. There is an amazing balcony with sunloungers and table and chairs. Our rep was there to meet us when we arrived and was most charming!
On the site there is a small shop - which kept good prices and a nice cafe for breakfast - again cheap. We would go back again for sure and have recommended it to our friends. Great value for our money - if only more apartment owners offered such value for money - they would guarantee being booked up all the time!
