This is a hugely popular 6 bed, 5 bath Tenerife villa in a fantastic location. Set in quieter cul-de-sal this Tenerife villa is set just 200 metres from the beach at Playa de las Americas. The villa which resembles a traditional townhouse is on 3 levels and has air conditioning in most rooms.

This unique Tenerife villa to rent has its own large, sunny private terrace and games room! It is also part of a bigger complex of Paraiso Royal. You can therefore enjoy use of the communal heated pool and pool bar too!

The villa is very popular. We believe it offers approximately 3 star accommodation but would earn 5 stars for location!

Accommodation:
The ground floor consists of a large split level lounge/diner with a table and chairs, sofas, amrchairs satellite TV with English channels.

On this level there is also a double bedroom and shower room,

On the basement level there are 3 other bedrooms with twin beds, another shower room. There is also a unique games room with a pool table, dart board (games are free of charge) and another TV with DVD player.

There are baby gates on the stairs. Cots and high chairs are available on request.

The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge, microwave, table and chairs for 4.

The complex of Paraiso Royal has a beautiful heated communal pool. Ideal for families with kids who like to mix with others. A pool bar and plenty of sun beds are provided.

Summary
This lovely Tenerife villa to rent, is set in the heart of Las Americas but in a quieter cul-de-sac. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep.

During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy and popular area, the complex is remarkably quiet and villa nicely located off a side road. The communal pool is heated during the months of October through to May and the pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
