The property was excellent value for money,we have been to Florida many times and this is a very large villa with loads of room.The only thing I would advise is that families must look on the google map and see how far the villa is away from the parks.As we didnt do them this year it didnt matter to us,as we just had a relaxing holiday and this villa was spot on.This is reflected in the rental price and the pool is fantastic thank you for the use of the villa.(the weaver family).

Nice clean property in a very quiest residential area. Friendly neighbours. Very good size, well equipped. Really nice pool. My only criticism would be that the pool heating didnt work very well. The pool was still cold although warmer than without heating. Apart from that we had a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Our stay of 18 days for our Christmas vacation in this house
were great, because we found the house very broadly, we were all very very comfortable.
The house also widely is equipped with everything you need for everyday use. When we arrived, we found everything clean and tidy.
The rental price, really good.
The only regret was not being able to use the pool, we did not have or we do not find indications of this.
My only suggestion is more contact with the manager of the house, because some days we call and do not locate the manager.
They were a nice family vacation in this house.

it is clean and comfortable, however the pool hedating was not turned on when we got there, the agency said that was because they didnt know we were coming. They came out the next day to switch it on but it wasnt working so we had to wait for an engineer. By the time the pool heated up it was the end of the first week. Communication between the owner and the agency needs to be better!

it had every thing we needed
the house was not that clean and the furniture
smelled.
there were very few tv channels . our biggest
compliant was being misled on line when we booked, for driving distances to the parks.
the drive is at least an hour and on line it said about 25 mins
not a good property to rent if you are going to the parks .
over all the house was nice
and the kids loved the pool

Glad the house was nice for you and the kids loved the pool. I am however concerned about your complaints, the first being "house was not that clean and the furniture smelled". I would be grateful if you could give more details if possible and whether or not you contacted the management company about your complaint. This will enable me to get some feedback from them as they organise the cleaning. The other complaint of you being misled online about driving distances. We Do NoT advertise online that the parks are 25mins away. We Do however advertise 35 mins to Disney Maingate
(as per yahooo naps/directions. Please do let us know if you have seen different and if so where? so we can investigate. The TV is cable so I am puzzled as to the amount of channels as you say.

The villa was spacious there was much more to the villa then were in the pictures loads of space to move around in or just to sit n chill or just take 5 mins to yourself bedrooms were spacious with lots of drawers/closet kitchen was nice n cosie washing machine was easy to use pool was lovely when heated slight problem with the heating(pool)
even without a car the transport out there was good we found it easy to go places
neighbours were friendly
the management were very nice if there was a problem with the villa they were there to sort it out as quickly as they could

It was brilliant value for money. It was clean and bright, well furnished and the place felt sooo relaxing!
The pool took a while to heat up but that didnt stop us! Plenty of pool toys in the garage!
We expected the drive to the attractions to be long, but the villa benefits from the peace of the suburbs, which really did make up for the driving!
We will be returning to the same villa next year, but will take fewer clothes as the laundering facilities are excellent!
The free calls to the uk made our holiday as we were able to keep in touch with back home. If the internet connection seems slow, just sit as near as you can to the modem and things soon speed up! :-)
DVDs are supplied too. look out for the squirrel in the garden. The neighbours are lovely too! Twas just the bestest holiday home!

The property is as advertised, a fair drive away from the theme parks. However,we were out for some relaxation and to enjoy the sun and pool, so this was not a consideration for us when booking.
Our major disappointment was with the pool, and the lack of any response to our email pointing out the issue with pool heating, which we had paid for. As we were at the villa at the end of November, pool heating was vital for us to enjoy our stay. The heating only came on from 9.00am to 5.00pm, and as there was no pool blanket supplied, any heat evaporated overnight. During our whole stay,the pool was never at a useable temperature. This could easily have been fixed by the provision of a pool blanket, or by leaving the heating on for longer, but the agents informed us that the owner had refused to sanction a blanket despite their requests, and they could not change the heat timings as we had only paid for heat from 9.00am to 5.00pm (this was the first time we were made aware of this). They suggested we add our voice to theirs and that maybe the owner would take some action. Unfotunately, the owner has not deemed it necessary to even reply to our suggestion that we are refunded the money we paid for pool heating. Unfortunately, this issue spoiled the holiday for us.

Great place for a holiday with lots of local shops.

This villa was very good value for the money. It had everything we needed and was very spacious. The kids loved the swimming pool. We did have difficulty finding it but that was because we arrived in the middle of tropical storm Fay and could not land in Orlando but Fort Lauderdale instead. It was far from Disney etc but we knew this already as we have stayed in Poinciana before and with a car it was not a problem. I would definitely recommend it.

9 year old sons loved the pool, shame about the weather. Teenage daughter was able to live out her American Dream fantasy. Very spacious and comfortable. Villa clean and well equiped. Car is vital as youre far from the throng, situated in a quiet residential area, ideal, if like me you dont like to be constantly reminded of your tourist status. Nevertheless, good access (by car) to all of the Orlando attractions. The children cant wait to hear when well be returning.

Our week in this home was pleasant and uneventful. The home is a good 20-30 minute drive from most everything, which we knew when we reserved the home for our vacation, and yes there was a brand new shopping complex within a 10 minute drive that did have all we need for our stay. The home is as described and is a good value for the low rates the owner charges. We received our deposit back within 5 days after the date promised by the booking agency. The unit was well equipped for kids and infants with toys, pool toys, high chairs and two cribs. to be honest we will pay a little more on our next visit to the area to be closer to Orlando/Disney and have a little more updat ed home... I will leave it at that. Thank you allowing us to stay in your home !

this was our 1st trip to the states and we were going blind, we had problems finding the property and then couldnt get in due to the door being locked from inside, we had 45mins sat on the doorstep which was a nightmare in the heat with 2 kids that had been up nearly 24hrs. After this everything ran very smooth, it took a while to get our bearings but once we did, it was great, we will reccomend - and have already done so and will return.

IT WAS NICE TO BE REMINDED OF OUR ARRIVAL DATES, HOWEVER, SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE REMINDED THE CLEANING SERVICE. I HAD TO CLEAN THE PROPERTY WHEN WE ARRIVED, THERE WAS HAIR IN THE SHOWERS! I DONT THINK THAT PUTTING A PAPER BAND AROUND THE TOLIET QUALIFIES AS BEING CLEAN. THE DISHES WERE NOT CLEAN AND HAD A GREASY COATING.THE TOWELS DIDNT SEEM CLEAN SO I FELT I SHOULD WASH ALL TOWELS, AND BED LINENS. THERE WAS ALSO SUPPOSE TO BE A GAS GRILL, WHICH THERE WAS NOT, THE ONLY GRILLL WAS IN THE BACK YARD FILLED WITH WATER AND RUSTED. THE SINK OFF OF THE MASTER BATHROOM WOULDNT DRAIN. BUT, I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THA PROPERTY, AS WE KNEW BEFOR WE RENTED IS NOT CLOSE TO ANYTHING, I JUST DIDNT EXPECT IT TO BE AS FAR AS IT WAS.

I am shocked and disapointed by your negative review and would like to know if things were as bad as you say, why did you not contact our management services upon arrival at the property as they would have done something about it? I would very much like to have your comments on this matter.
In over 16 years we have never received comments such as yours and I would very much like to know whether or not you did contact our management company in Kissimme in order that I can look into this matter further.
With regards to the property being not "close to anything" I have to totally disagree with you and full details of location and local amenties is shown fully on our websites.

I have now managed discussed this matter with our management company out in Florida and the reply from the lady owner was this ...(Quote) "I checked the house for their arrival and found everything to be fine". I did not have any concerns with the clean. "They did not bring up any of these points thru their stay".
"I also remember speaking with the lady of the group - they called me on the Wednesday and asked to book an extra night ( to leave Saturday) . I let her know normally that would be fine, but you had an arrival on the 20th - a same day and they would need to check out on the Friday. She disputed this with me saying the web site said it was available - so I let her know that the family arriving had planned to arrive the Saturday but had a flight change and would be arriving Friday and therefore even if the site looked open, this last minute change meant the house was not available".
"I also chatted with the lady, I presume Mrs Belluzi, as I had an arriving group into a Doral woods house, by the same last name ( which is an unusal name) on the Thursday - and wondered if they were just transfering from your home to the Doral woods one. It turned out to be a coincidence, as the group were not connected and she asked me for the home address of the doral woods party to see if they were any of her relatives, which they were not. She was very chatty at this point and at no point did she pass any negative comment on the home."
With reference to our management companys statement above, I therefore ask any persons who are looking to rent our home to ignore this review and instead to look at all other reviews on our property. One may ask "why dont i just remove the persons review?" The problem is that if I remove it, then I get down scored for doing so by Villarenters, so instead I will leave it on with my comments..

This was a wonderful value for the money. The kids enjoyed the pool and I was especially pleased with the owners being able to accommodate our last minute reservations. The home is clean and roomy. With two living rooms we had plenty of space to spread out.
The only drawbacks are the lack of internet connection (which was remedied by sitting in the driveway and picking up other connections) and the distance from Disney (which was remedied by planning adequately when we had to be somewhere at a specific time).

This was our second visit to this villa. We really do love it, the villa is clean, bright and spacious, and the pool area is superb. the villa is in a quiet residential area which really suits us, allowing for wild days at the theme parks and lazy quiet days around the villa pool. You do need a car if you rent this villa because it is away from the main theme parks area, however this for us is no problem, because driving feels so much easier over their (slower traffic, wider roads). plus it gives you the opportunity to explore the local area each time you go out. Roy and Alma are a really nice couple, very helpful, and their villa is great. We will definately be going back.

The property was very clean and adequately met our expectations. The location is within easy (with a hired car) reach of all Parks, Golf courses, etc. We couldn't just 'pop out' for milk but that was simple planning. Being able to jump in the (safe and private) pool every morning before breakfast was just what we needed. We would have no hesitation in going back.

While the property was exceptional we were mislead with the heated pool consequently most of the time we could not use it and there was no overblanket. Yet when we arrived the pool was inoperative for 8 days due to an electrical fault and numerous emails, letters, telephone calls , all to no avail to recover some of our loss which spoiled our three months stay. This was very dissapointing although the accomodation was very good.

We spent a fantastic week at this villa. It's a well set out villa the bedrooms and living areas are all rather large. Cleanliness was great and the double garage with washing facilities kept the heat and noise out of the vila.
The pool area is very nice. Apart from being on a residential development and quite a drive every night if you wished for a variety of places to eat.
If your looking for a nice quiet villa away from the hustle and bustle of town then this is the place for you.
This is just what we were looking for away from the theme parks and will be recommending it to friends.

weve been to the villa a few times over the past few years and we love it. its a bit of a drive from the main drag but we used to go a diffrent way each time just for fun. we couldnt fault anything about this villa, and roy and alma are really nice people to deal with. i have given the villa addy to some friends who are getting married in florida soon so hopefully they will book it.(plus its about 5 minutes away from winn dixie and walmart) what more could you want........lol

We have been in this villa on two occassions. We where very pleased with the villa apart from. We have been trying to get our deposit back for two months now and we have still not recieved it. I have emailed Roy and Alma about 10 times and not recieved any replies apart from one when Roy said he was on holiday and he would be back on the 15th August. I have asked if we did anything wrong in the villa but know reply. If we did do anything wrong I would like to know but I know we didnt. Roy has always very good with us so I cant understand this at all.

I thought that this villa represented excellent value for your money. It is a fairly large property that was presented in a very clean and tidy state. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the family and well worth paying the extra to have it heated at this time of the year (October). The only slight problem we had was with one of the toilets leaking, this was soon put right after a call to the management company who proved to be very helpful.
Probably the biggest drawback is its location you have to be prepared to do a lot of driving, a car is a must. However this did not have any real impact on our holiday and I would gladly recommend this villa to one of my friends.

It was home from home. The photos on website did not do the property justice. Having all the amenities within the property was excellent, not having to go home and do loads of washing was terrific. The pool was fantastic. The only downside was the travelling distance at night when everyone tired, but villa more than made up for this. Definately be back.

The flight over with Virgin was just as you said really good. Although we have been to Florida before this was the first time with our son and daughter in law and of course the grandchildren. Needless to say we are all saving up now for the next time, which hopefully will not be too long.

You couldn't have described your home in Florida better on your website and leaflets
It is beautiful, in a lovely area, comfortable and very homely.
We spent a lot of time lazing by the pool enjoying the sun, slightly shaded by the row of trees, perfect!
The house itself is wonderfully appointed with everything visitors may need. We especially liked the ceiling fans, which complimented the air conditioning making it the perfect atmosphere, never too hot or too cold just comfortable.
Once again thanks for making the whole process of booking etc very easy and friendly. Your leaflets have already been passed on to a few friends, so hopefully you may get some bookings from the noth east of Scotland in the future!
As far as we are concerned, there is only one villa we will stay in if we return to Florida!

The only down-side to this villa is the distance from Orlando and Disney etc; the drive took us about 45 minutes, but the price reflected this. The property itself is quite spacious and clean, and the pool is a good size. The owners were very prompt replying to any emails we sent.
