Lovely spacious clean apartment next to a fabulous beach. Some instruction son white goods would be good but thats only a small issue. The pool on the complex is also very nice. Id also suggest some material about good restaurants and places to see should be added. Id definitely recommend though.

Ideal location.
Apartment functional.
Small balcony precluded outside dining which was a little disappointing.
Instruction booklets for the white goods would have been good.

Well-equipped, luxurious, spacious and nicely furnished apartment at a great location with all you need nearby - beach, town center and food places. Kids loved the two pools. We also found Armacao de Pera a strategically located small town if you want to make day trips by car to other places in the Algarve area, such as Lagos, Silves etc. Perfect!

Although it started disappointedly (no promised welcome pack or enough bedding for sofa bed) the property was excellent. Good sized rooms and all mod cons. Well situated just minutes from an excellent beach and just a short walk into the main part of the town where we ate etc in the evenings. Comfortable beds and 2 good shower rooms (one with a bath). Living Room area was roomy even with a dining table and chairs, and the kitchen area was well equipped. All in all the Clube Nautilus appartment experience is one that we would definitely recommend.

Great location, almost on the beach. Very spacious apartment. The best town along the coast. Not too tacky or full of British tourists.

Close to all amenities but also close to water treatment plant.
No sea view and shaded balcony but this did not pose a problem.
Standard of acommodation and fixtures and fittings excellent.

Lovely location, with access to beach from apartments, and cliff walks.
Well kept apartment, clean and tidy with a few extra's that people may have left behind, that are handy, such as magazines, novels, guides, beach mats, buckets, etc.
Spacious apartment. We stayed off peak, so very quiet despite being on main road. Accessable to supermarkets on foot.

Efficient booking system and directions to reach apartment.
Property recently built, so modern, spacious design, with wall-mounted hot/cold air conditioning throughout. Ample kitchen facilities. Very comfortable beds with lovely soft, thick blankets!
Secure parking.
Ideal location -approx 5 minutes from clean sandy beach and within easy walking distance of Armacao centre - restaurants, bars, shops & supermarkets.
We have been visiting Armacao de Pera once or twice each year for many years and hope and hope to acquire this, or similar apartments at Clube Nautilus, when we next visit.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at this property. It was beautiful inside very nicely decorated. The apartment is clean and obviously very well cared for.
It is just a short walk to the beach and to the shops in the town.
We would love to return to this property in the future we had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend to anybody.

The property was exactly what the description lead us to expect - it was immaculately clean, very spacious and quite luxurious.
It would be worth mentioning that the balconies were on the road side of the complex so traffic noise could be heard when using them. There was also noise from the hotel over the road, as they had loudly amplified, outdoors musical entertainment most nights. However, we would stay here again despite this, as the noise finished before we went to bed.
Victor was difficult to find, we met him once, but his wife Grace was very helpful.
The only thing lacking was that the "welcome pack" never materialised. By the time we saw Grace we had already been to the local supermarket, so we didn't make an issue of it. We would have found this very useful on arrival, in particular a small supply of bottled water would have helped the most.
The complex itself was extremely well kept and the gardens tended beautifully. The pool facilities were excellent.
The proximity to the beach was literally a minute or so walking through the grounds. This was exactly what we had hoped for.
We found Clube Nautilus an excellent place to stay and had a very enjoyable holiday. We also found the beach restaurant immediately below the complex a favourite place to go.

Second stay in Clube Nautilus (in different/identical apt.) and all the things we liked are still present (though prices have risen across all apts by approx 20 -30% in the year). Secure, but not over-crowded, pool area and excellent access to local, good, beach. If you have a car, however, would recommend, quick 10 min drive to sparser pop. beach to the East (Carlos Rest.). Apt was clean and well maintained, though music from hotel opposite could inconvenience early sleepers. The town is now quite built up, but holidaymakers appear, mostly, to be local Portuguese, so atmosphere was pleasant and un-threatening (no young Brits abroad issues). Overall, excellent family accommodation and local amenities.

The only problem for us was the fact we would have had to let our son stay in the main room, we overcame this by moving the bed. However the staff on site seemed perturbed by this, which upset me. We moved everything back as promised but the staff didn't come to confirm we had. Location was great and Clube Nautilus is very nice.

Beautiful,modern well maintained apartment and complex.Ideally situated near a clean beach.The town of armacao de pera was disappointing as it was filled with ugly highrise blocks,most of which could be seen from the apartment balcony, as well as a large carpark a noisy hotel opposite and a main road.We enjoyed the holiday despite the views and crowds because we hired a car and went out of town!

The property is well located with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. As it is fairly new, it has the added benefit of everything working and looking good. For a small family I would highly recommend the apartment. Booking was easy and efficient. The only problems we had on holiday were a lost suitcase and a punctured car tyre before we had reached the destination!

We were more than pleased with our choice. The accommodation is pretty new, and was clean and most comfortable - luxury describes it well. We stayed there in April 2006 with a 3 year old and 1 year old- The weather was great, the apartment is 2 mins walk from the beach which was ideal. We hired a car so found it easy to get about - but buses and a 'road train' operate from outside to take you to the main shops and restaurants of armacao de pera. The beach is great and has 2 good restaurants. The apartment was perfect and the satellite tv had all the uk channels and many many more including cbeebies - so the children loved it. We were greeted with a welcome pack with lovely bread and cheese, butter, milk etc. Victor Santos the site manager was more than helpful. Altogether we couldn't fault it at all and would really recommend it!! Sorry if this is long - but there was so much to tell you!! Happy hols, Greg

The property was as described although we were dissappointed to find that the balcony in winter does not have sun and was therefore unusable. Also the pool was very cold, we understood that it could be heated but the owners of the site would not put on a heat retaining cover, because of this the pool was unusable. Grace and Victor were very good and attentive and made us most welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this apartment. The accommodation was fantastic, just as described, as was the swimming pool. The beach (only a short walk away) was perfect. For the money we paid for this holiday, it definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be returning within the next few years!

The property is a quality familly apartment within an ideal location. Armaco de Pera is a beautiful unspoilt Portugese fishing village and we will certainly return.

The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, well decorated and very spacious. It had been well prepared for our arrival, and was very clean.Thanks very much for the supplies, bread, milk, water etc it was a very nice surprise.
The owner provided quickly all the information that we asked (good directions for key collection, photos, etc).
Very close to a spectacular beach. The advert description of the apartment, clube nautilus and the beach was accurate.
Excellent value for money would thoroughly recommend it.
I hope to book again some day.
