Fantastic property, exceeded our expectations, fantastic pool and outdoor areas, BBQ and outdoor dining area really great. Loads of space indoors, there where 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Brilliant views of the sea, especially from the roof terrace. We were well looked after by Carol and Fatima. Overall a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday

Another fantastic holiday at casa amora. As always Fatima and Carol were on hand to keep everything ship shape and give good advice on what to do locally. The villa is great and after our 3rd visit we will be going back again.

2nd holiday in the property and once again we were delighted with our stay.
Carol and Fatima were friendly and helpful.
Accommodation is to a very high standard, pool area is great.
Some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance - and a short cab ride home from Caervoiro if you dont want to walk back.
Close to the beach and a good supermarket a short car ride away.
Looking forward to holidaying there again next year

This was our third time in Carvoeiro but the first time in this villa. The villa was wonderful. It had everything we needed and for the first time we did not have to buy anything e.g extra glasses.teapot etc. everything was there in abundance. It was so comfortable, especially the beds. Not always the case in other villas we have visited
We were five adults and the space was wonderful. There was lots of communal space but also other areas like the courtyard where you could escape for quiet reading away from the crowd. The pool was fantastic.
Fatima, the maid, was a gem. She looked after the villa and us so well. Carol was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her recommendations were always spot on. The wine on our arrival was a lovely touch.
We thouroughly enjoyed Casa Amora and hope to return next year

We would definitely return to this villa. It is located near to several restaurants within walking distance which was ideal for us as we could push the baby in the pram and have a couple of drinks, without the drive.
It was very quiet, of good size and in great condition. There was enough cutlery and dinner plates to feed the whole estate also with microwave, blender, juicer and a washing machine out of the rear door in the drying area.
The pool heating was definitley worth paying for as we could swim with the baby and it felt like a warm bath.
This villa reminds me of an American/Florida property in size with all the mod cons. The only thing it does not have is air conditioning however it was cool in May at night but heaters are provided in all rooms so again no problems.
Thank you to the owner Tracie for her quick correspondence and also to Carole the manager in Portugal who popped around a couple of times for a chat.
Great holiday!!!

Excellent villa in the Algarve. Villa is very well furnished. Lots of utensils in the kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living room furniture. Pool is great albeit a little cold in April. Lots of outdoor furniture and tables etc. Cleaner comes several times a week. Close enough to walk to the beach but need a car to drive to shops etc. In a great area that has lots of villas but no high rises. Fully recommended.

A fantastic villa that exceeded our expectations. The condition of the property is excellent and it had everything we needed including a wonderful swimming pool. Its very spacious and has a number of areas where you can sit and read a book quietly if thats what you feel like doing. Its also private and very quiet. The villa was kept spotlessly clean by Fatima who came in on a regular basis.
Centianes Beach is an easy 15 minute walk away. (Turn right down hill at end of main road.) Also, dont miss the wonderful Marinha Beach (15 minutes in car towards Benajil). Both of the above have facilities and cafes. Although a car is needed to reach most places, nowhere is very far and a number of day trips are within easy reach.
Villa Amora is a really good place for a family holiday and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

I have nothing negative at all to say about the villa or the location. We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I only wish that I had booked it for longer. The villa itself was fabulous, plenty of space for the six of us with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and outside area were also a good size and immaculately clean. We particularly enjoyed our meals outside around the large seating area. I would thoroughly recommend this property and the location to friends and family and am already thinking of returning towards the end of this year. Many thanks to Tracy the owner for the bottle of red wine that was provided on our arrival...it was a lovely touch and went down a treat.

Nice and well maintained and equiped property. We stayed with the family 2 adults and 4 children (age 10-16) for only 5 days. Enviroment is not that exciting although the walk along the cliffs and beaches to Benagil was nice.

It is seven years since I last stayed at this villa and I have always wanted to return. We really enjoyed our stay and I found that the booking system was very easy to use. The villa manager Carole was very friendly and efficient at sorting out any queries that we raised.
I will definately return to the villa in the future.
My only comments on the villa is that the bathrooms would benefit from being updat ed. However the shower and the jacuzzi bath were great.
I also paid for pool heating and we never managed to get the temperature in the pool quite right. When we stayed previously it was April and we paid for heating and the pool was a wonderful temperature and this is one of the reasons that I wanted to return as I have two young children.
This time the temperature of the pool initially was much cooler than our previous visit and I did inform Carole the villa manager and she immediately contacted the man who deals with the pool.
This may have something to do with the fact that the previous occupiers didnt pay for pool heating which I can understand. Also new was the cover for the pool which had not been there previously.
Gradually the pool did get hotter and at one point was actually too hot and the pool guy told us to leave the cover off that evening which we did and he would be back a few days later. Overnight the temperature of the pool dro pped dramatically and even though it was fine for swimming it never as warm as our first visit to the villa. We did think about contacting Carole again but it was saturday evening and we didnt think that the pool man would come out on the sunday and we were leaving on the monday. But other than that we had a wonderful time and Fatima the cleaner was as good as we remembered.

A very comfortable, well equiped villa with all the bits and pieces needed to enjoy your stay.
Location and outlook is excellent.
Local management rep was very helpful and available if needed.
The cleaning lady arrived at 9.00am on our day of departure - and we felt a bit pressurised to get out of the property.
A great holiday and one we will certainly be repeating next year.

The villa is situated in a quiet area of the Vale de Milho golf complex. We found it quite easily with the instructions we had been given. The villa is very well equipped (as described),very clean with maid service 5 times a week. The pool was lovely and larger than I expected. All the staff were friendly , helpful and Carol (property manager) was contactable by phone if we had any problems.
A car is essential but we found car hire very expensive as are the local supermarkets, other
towns such as Lagoa offerred cheaper food shopping. Best things- lovely villa, wonderful beaches(one in walking distance)and a choice of places to eat in Carvoeiro and great weather.
Worst things- Portugese sign posts, driving standards(beware!)cost of food shopping and the euro exchange rate.

The villa was in a very quiet residential area but was only 5 mins drive from the hustle and bustle of Carvoeiro which, having teenagers with us, was perfect. The villa was spotless and very well equiped and the pool area was very private. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would love to return.

We had a wonderful short stay here and the details on the site adequately described the property. The villa is well located in this area and has more privacy than some of the neighbouring properties. It was very spacious and would easily accomodate 6 adults without getting into each others pockets! The management company representative was extremely helpful and on hand for any queries - a very enjoyable stay.

The Villa is very private and equiped with everything you could possibly need. A super collection of crockery and cutlery to service the pool and BBQ area upto cut glass glasses for evening dining. The rooms are fabulously furnished and very comfortable.
We had a brilliant time there and will definitely go back again next year.
