Situated at the top of the village , the townhouse is close to the sea. It is composed of 3 bedrooms a living room extended by a veranda with a roof that can be opened .
You need only 10 mns on foot to reach the little harbour or the beach . The kitchen has got all the modern equipments and is big enough to welcom 7 people around the table .
From it a door opens to the veranda where you have another table for 8 persons .
There is a bath -room in the living room , and 2 others ( one in the suite , and the other in the main bath- room .
Why Ferragudo ?
My wife and I happened to bypass this cute little harbour about 15 years ago while we were going to a timeshare resort , and ,at the first sight of it we fell instantly in love with it . That is why from that t ime on we decided that we would do whatever we could to buy a house in this village .As it has a pyramidal shape , you can reach the top by using 10th of differents itineraries and once you arrive at the dominating church , you get a breath- taking view over the estuary of the river arade and of the marina across on the opposite side . There are fishing -boats going to Portimao port and sometimes even cruise-boats .
Sun and enjoyments
Ferragudo is also quite lively , Of course , there are plainty of souvenir shops , restaurants of all kinds .and , obove all , the little harbour with the fishing nets on the ground that is so picturesque !
