Bedrooms 1&2 . Ideal for 2 couples, 1 with double bed, 1 king size and wardrobes, master with TV and satellite, en-suite bathrooms and air-con. The 2 bedrooms have direct access to the Pool.
Bedroom 3 , Has 2 single beds and wardrobe, en-suite with shower and air-con.
Bedroom 4, A smaller room with double bed and wardrobe, air-con and fan.
Bedroom 5. A small bedroom with single Bed,wardrobe, fan and air-con, small en-suite shower and toilet area.
Dinning Room with 6 Seater dinning table, .
Living Room, The large living area has a lovely view on to the front garden, comes complete with 2 Large sofas, TV, music system and air-con.
Kitchen: (European). with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and automatic washing machine.
Guest-house, This is a lovely features of the house, particular if a couple staying would like a bit of privacy. it is separate to the main house, has a lovely view of the the Swimming Pool, it includes a double bedroom, with wardrobe ,air-con and fan, kitchenette, with sink, 2 ring gas hob,fridge and seating area. The bedroom doesnt have direct access to a toilet/shower but theirs one just outside.

For Short Term Rentals (8 weeks or less) the meter will be read at the start and end of the rental period and charged directly to the main tenant. (at 6.00 THB per unit). A deposit of 5,000 THB per week is required for each weeks booking, to be paid in advance and held by the owner , the balance will be returned after charges have been deducted.
Maids cleaning service.
A daily maid service can be arranged but for a extra charge, 500 THB per visit.
Wirless internet is available at a charge of 150 THB per day, if required it need to be order for the full booking period.
