This villa met our expectations really well- and then some. Amazing facilities for the kids and a lovely pool. Right next to Wal-Mart and close to the theme parks. Along with this, we also enjoyed the internet access provided. The games room was nice, however a little too hot to play games in at the time we visited. Nice and spacious with 5 big rooms.

Thanks again for making out stay in Orlando so comfortable. This was our second stay at the villa and it was just as good as we remembered! There have been a couple of little changes to the villa to make things more comfortable. The pool is a great size for all the family to enjoy and the location is perfect for all the amenities including the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Hope to get back again soon.

My family and I have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in this beautiful House, The house is ideally situated and is minutes from a 24hr Wallmart, lots of Take-out foods etc and is only a 20 min drive from the Walt Dysney resort.
The House itself is very spacious and is great value for money, It has always been spotless and has all that you could want, inc a DVD player, TV’s in all the bedrooms, A great A/C system and a fantastic Playroom. having 5 bedrooms it will easily sleep 10 in comfort and with a sofa bed will actually sleep 12. There is a huige washing machine and dryer so no need to bring dirty clothes back with you. All the Towels are there, so don’t take any.
We enjoyed many meals sitting outside by the pool, the kitchen has everything that you could want and the fridge is huge.
There were no signs of any bugs in the house, but there are a few lizards outside, one in particular which lives in the front porch, It is clear white with red eyes, My kids nickmnamed it “LIZZY”.
This was our second year on the run in this house and I will definitely stay here again, 5* all the way!!

Over the years my wife & i have had many happy vacations in Florida & when you find a perfect villa like this it makes a good vacation even better.
We know the area very well & this villa is in a very good location.
The villa has a wonderful private pool and is well maintained.
The villa is very close by to shops and within easy reach of the parks.
We would definitely stay again and also highly recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable stay in Kissimmee.

We had an enjoyable stay once again at your home. We really liked the new furniture you added and also the games facilities in the garage.

We had a really lovely holiday thank you.The villa was just right for two families of four - as there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and we were impressed with the showers. The pool was very well used during our fortnight especially as it was so lovely and warm. The location of the villa is absolutely ideal - being 2 minutes away from Walmart in the car was very handy indeed and less than half an hour from the major Disney parks was marvellous. We are considering returning to Florida next year and if our friends do decide to join us again I'm sure we will be contacting you

The property was in a great location close to Disney and shopping. The house was well decorated and had nice furniture. The mattresses could have been a better quality but were ok. We had to call the local rental company several times and they were very quick to respond and fix any problems or issues that we had. I would recommend the property and would stay there again myself.

Just wanted to say thank you for the hire of your villa. It was in the most ideal location, so central for all the parks and shops.
The rooms were spacious and the villa was very well equipped.

Hi Paul
Well we survived the thrills and spills! We all thought the villa was great and in a superb location. Also the restaurant suggestions in the villa handbook were very useful. The weather was excellent in the 80's all week but were pleased we had the pool heated for the early morning dip ( April 2006) All in all a great 2 weeks even if we do need a holiday now to recover!
We would certainly recommend the villa to anyone else.
