This quaint villa is set in gardens with private swimming pool, only 500 meters from the sea and beach between Puerto pollensa and Alcudia, with lovely split-level design, the upstairs bedroom has a balcony with stunning views of the bays of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.
The secluded gardens with swimming pool also have childrens swings and barbecue.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
