We found this to be a lovely little studio with a wonderful views over the harbour, better than the online photographs suggested. The complex itself was very peaceful to stay in, and everybody very friendly.
It is an easy stroll down into Puerto del Carmen, and supermarkets etc can all be found within 5 mins walk.
Plenty to do on Lanzarote, and would recommend hiring a car to see more of the island. The roads around the island are in a good condition, and not busy.
Ideal for a short break.

Out of 700+ appartments, definitely one of the best views, from a good sized balcony. No noise from town, and very little from the pool/seating area below. Easy walking distance to all amenities - restaurants and supermarkets close by, both with good range of local and british products.
The room was well furnished - even better than advertised! - full range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Reading books, cd player, cds and dvds available.
All in all, we couldnt have asked for a better apartment. Many thanks.

Many thanks for such a great review and I am really pleased you enjoy your stay. I just wanted to clarify that there are 70 apartments in the complex rather than 700 in case someone is looking for a smaller complex. Many thanks again for your comments.

lovley appartment was a lit bit further away fom resort then expected but not too bad we still really enjoyed holiday do you have appartments anywhere else

I just wanted to clarify that the apartment is located in the old town which is away from the new town but is only a 5-10 minute walk down to the harbour and the old town bars, restaurants and shops. I am slightly concerned that this review makes the apartment sound as if it is a long way from any life.
