Luxury Villa in the Afandou area is on a hilltop location with outstanding views of the sea, hills and countryside. Accommodation is suitable for 6/8 people in three bedrooms, each with balcony and sea view, and two single beds in lounge. A modern fitted kitchen and spacious living area is complete with all essentials. In the landscaped part grassed grounds, is a patio and terrace to a private 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool. Private parking space (2 cars). Local amenities are a short drive in Afandou and Kolymbia. Afandou beach provides quiet areas to relax, and Kolymbia has boat trips, beach and water sports. An excellent location from which to explore this wonderful island. Bustling Rhodes Town to the north with its fascinating historical Old Town and New Town shopping experience with its designer shops. Historic Lindos and its Acropolis are to the south, and there are beautiful east coast beaches on any journey. A stay in Villa Thea gives easy access to all the island.



Rhodes / Afandou area
The valley of the Butterflies is at its best in August when thousands of butterflies inhabit it. Seven Springs, is a cool oasis in the summer, the 1km journey through the aqueduct tunnel leads to a picturesque lake. Tsambika Monastery is 10-15 minute journey away, walk up the 350 steps to see this byzantine church with its commanding views. The legend is that any woman who wishes to conceive should visit here to pray and she will be blessed!

The Water Park and night-life of Faliraki is a 10 minute drive away, both close enough and far enough away. There are lots of other places to see and things to do on the island, including horse riding, water sports, shopping for olive oil soaps and beauty products, herbs, jewellery and even furs.

You might want to watch the sound and light show in Rhodes, which is set just outside the old fort walls. For eating out there are an abundance of restaurants in Afandou, be sure to visit the Life Garden for truly a friendly welcome.
