I expressed my thoughts to the Management Company with regard to the fresh and exceptionally clean standard of the Villa when we arrived. I have already recommended the Villa to all our friends so hopefully you may get some more business. The new furniture looked really good and goes well with all the other furnishings. B. Barlow. April 2011:-We found the villa was perfect in every way, facilities, location, furnishings etc etc. As you’ve probably seen the weather was excellent (about 10 degrees higher than norm) so to come home after a long day to a beautifully cool “home” was fantastic. The pool temperature was great when we arrived and we had the boys in there both at the beginning and end of each day. Tried Mannys as you suggested and went back twice more.
Easter 2011 Thanks to you for making the pre-holiday plans so easy – we were really able to walk in the door in the first Saturday and know what was where and how it worked. I. Twine, Essex

has honestly been the best most amazing holiday we have ever had and
exceeded all expectations. I have nothing but praise for the villa it

We just wanted to send you a quick email as we arrived back a couple of days ago from our wonderful holiday in Florida at your fantastic Villa.
From the moment we arrived at Southern Dunes we knew we had made the right choice in renting the Villa.
The gated entrance with the friendly security guards was a added bonus, the Villa its self was perfect, a home from home, wonderful air con which was a definite must in August and a fabulous pool to enjoy after a long hot day at the parks!
The villa has everything you could want, it is in a fantastic location and exceeded our expectations we would definitely love to return to this Villa on our next visit and will definitely be recommending to all our family and friends.
Many many thanks to you for sharing your lovely Villa so that others can enjoy it too.

The Villa was perfect, a real home from home. It was in a very nice location and not too far from the Disney and other parks. The whole family loved it as we stayed in and enjoyed the villa some days and went to the Disney and other parks on other days. There are plenty of places to shop and eat close by. Overall a very enjoyable time and would love to stay there again.

The Villa was perfect, a real home from home. It was in a very nice location and not too far from the Disney and other parks. This was our third villa rental in Florida and was the best yet. Lovely clean pool and spacious, comfortable accommodation which was great to come back to on an evening. The villa is situated on a fantastic golf estate which has a safe, welcoming feel. Although a little further out than some, still only 25 minutes drive to Disney and around 4O to Universal. Plenty of grocery shopping and places to eat nearby - Mannys Chophouse is a must!
Would definitely return.

Lovely location within the grounds of Southern Dunes golf course.Villa was lovely especially the pool.We paid for the pool heating and this is a must in the winter months.
Although the location looks quite a distance from the main areas of International Drive and Kissimmee,using the I4 meant only a 20 minute drive in normal traffic.
I would add for anyone thinking of going to Orlando for Christmas beware it gets very congested from 24 December onwards - we have been to Florida a number of times and this was the busiest we have seen it.
