  • The apartment is attached to a villa that is lived in by the owners and has a Wifi Internet connection. The grounds have a variety of fruit trees that include oranges, tangerines, lemons and figs. The villa is very close to Albir centre with no hills to climb. Albir Gardens is only 50 metres away. The bus stop to Benidorm or Altea is only 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. Their is a patios to the front of the apartment with table and chairs. Their is a jacuzzi under a gazebo on the large 100 square metre roof terrace along with four sunbeds .

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a north facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Deborah and Willy gave us a lovely warm welcome and were on hand to give directions to places and recommended some good places to eat. Albir is a fabulous resort and this accommodation is within walking distance of the beach, shops restaurants also near to the bus stop and tram to enable you to get further afield from the door step. Lucy the cocker spaniel was a bonus!

Myself and my partner enjoyed La Loma very much is clean tidy and everything you would want a real home from home. I work as a Travel Agent at the moment in Scotland and will be recommending La Loma to all my friends and family. Great location near all the cafe, bars and a couple of supermarkets

We were well taken care of during the stay by friendly neighbors, who were there to answer any questions we had. The apartment was excellent, and I would highly recommend it. The only negative part of it was that you can hear your neighbors in the apartment above quite clearly, and I would assume they can hear you, as well. Other than this, it was great, and our trip to Albir was made so much more memorable because of it.
