Great location, nice clean safe complex , however a few things need improving in the villa the kitchen is so small it would have been nice to use the BBQ but the one there needs replacing, cushions for the outside seating, and maybe a couple of deck chairs for the beech, not much to ask but would make a huge difference

Thanks for the feedback. BBQ has been renewed and cushions replaced on the outside seating. Unfortunatly we have decided to not provide deck chairs as poeple take them to the beach and dont bring them back.

The area around cabo roig and the villa is good beeches are only short walk away lots of bars and restaurants’ on your doorstep,The villa could be a very nice place but there is a lack of comfort in the furnishing ie the beds and pillows and seems to be a lack of care and attention through out the villa. When we arrived I had to hook the curtain up in the bedroom and lounge, the villa itself was not cleaned properly lots of food crumbs under the cushions of the settee’s Floors needed moping I’m hoping the owner reads this pays attention and maybe a refund from my 50 euros’ cleaning bill. The grounds to the villa are very well kept lovely walks nice peaceful when we was there.

We have refunded the client his 50 euro clean fee and apologised for the inconvenience caused at the start of the 4 week stay. The pillows have been replaced and we have changed the pre-customer arrival check procedure with our property manager in Spain to ensure the property is fully prepared and adequately cleaned especially when the client is the first visitor after the winter break as in this case. We have also stressed to the client that our property manager would have been more than happy to resolve all these issues immeditely on or shortly after arrival. None of these isssues where reported despite being contacted by the property manager a few days into the stay. We are pleased to state all matters of concern have been resolved.

Myself and my sister recently spent a week in this property... May 2010 ... and it exceeded our expecations by a mile...
There are 2 big, really comfy sofas in the sitting room not whats in the pics i saw on the site ... its really well kept and spotless ...
Outside the pool is just right in front of the house surrounded by an extremely well kept area ... beautiful trees and flowers ... and seating around the pool ...
To get to the beach is only a 5 min walk which has stunning views ...
Its situated right in the heart of everything youd want for a great holiday whether its a nice quiet relaxing holiday or a fun filled one..
There is lots to do and lots to see ...
Im already looking into getting the same property for September of this year ..

We had a great holiday, the property was everything we wanted. It was clean, the pool and gardens was lovely. Lots to do, nice beach, bars and restaurants close by. Will be going for 2 weeks next summer.

beach at Cabo Roig is perfect, and we spent six days out of seven down
there.
