Had a really great week, Villa was lovely and very clean.
Great central location for visiting various resorts but car a definate must. Short trip from airport but directions could do with updating along with the info in the villa. That aside would recommend this property for a no fuss relaxing holiday.

Clean,spacious,well maintained property. Nice and quiet. Directions close to the property need updating,especially if turning up in the dark. Would use this property again.

everything you could want, exellent for sunbathing, lovely neighbours but if we booked again at the same accomodation i would want to make sure there was a new bed installed! it was very uncomfortable!

Everything that you need is in this property, close to nice beaches and not far from Alicante Airport.

We have recently installed air conditioning to the property(main bedroom).This also acts as heating in winter.You can pre book at a cost of £25.00 per week.If you wish to pay locally the charge will be 40.00 euros per week.Full instructions relating to paying locally are displayed at the property.
We have taken this step to make the property even more comfortable for our renters.

Fabulous location for getting about seeing the country, beach etc. Loved the really close pool. Locals who lived there were really helpful and full of knowledge. Will always use Vilaarenters again.

Lovely villa, fab pool we all took full advantage of it. Not Quite as Spanish as we had thought as
a lot of ex pats settled there, very friendly though!
The surrounding area is lovely - lemon trees smelt gorgeous at night - ideal for a quiet holiday, beaches shops restaurants easily reached by car.
Only problem we encountered was - the electricity tripped out if we used the oven and hob together, not too much of a problem though as we ate out most nights.

We found the house excellent and clean great vaue for money would recommend to friends.Pool was great for the kids they made friends so they did not want to leave the pool area. My husband and son played golf at La Finca and said the course was excellent.Thanks phil my husband did use your clubs.
You do need a car which we did know about before we went out there because there is no local shops as yet but i did hear they where building some shops close by.
All in All we had a great relaxing holiday which is want we wanted in the first place. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We found the townhouse exactly as described, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Communication with the owner was quick and very professional. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

Very happy with accommodation, grandchildren loved the swimming pool, daughter-in-law and myself loved the privacy of the roof garden. Little upset that caretaker wasn,t expecting 6 of us so we spent the first night without sheets on one of the beds. surprised that we weren,t supplied with a change of sheets especially as it was for 13 nights. we would have happily washed & dried the dirty ones would definately do it again. So would my son and his family

In light of the above the we have taken steps to ensure our agent knows how many people our staying in future.I have to accept full blame for this as I failed to let agent know of change in booking numbers.It wont happen again!
Further with regard to provision of a changeover of bedlinen this can be provided and every booker has our agents number to contact her to arrange.We dont allow renters direct access to bedlinen so that we can ensure that on every rental changeover our cleaner can clean and provide fresh linen for the new renter.
Please contact agent if fresh linen is required during stay.

Car essential. Lots of lovely villages nearby to explore. Ideal for quiet restful holiday. Plenty opportunity for golf very close by but book in advance as it is easily booked up. If that is too much for you a good book , the sunbed on the roof with a cold gin and tonic..........ah !!!!! Fantastic view from the roof.

I have just come back from a week at this delightful and friendly villa in such a wonderful part of Spain. The Villa is immaculate and very well equipped plus the surround area is ideal for any kind of holiday maker (but a car is essential). The roof terrace was fantastic and we had fun with the bbq!!!! The people who live in the complex and especially the neighbours were very helpful and the town of Algorfa is an unspoilt piece of Spain.
The villa has a beautiful surroundings and is finished to a high standard with lovely decor.
I will be booking my next holiday soon to this here and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Excellent modern accommodation with first class kitchen facilities. We were glad we had hired a car as shops, etc. were a bit further than walking allowed.
An ideal break for touring and relaxing.

The property delivers exactly what it says on the tin. Ideal for a 2 child, 2 adult party. The pool is a good size for the community it serves, and the neighbours (many of whom are Brits moving permanently abroad)could not be more friendly.
A car is essential. We are already considering a return this year.

This property is extremley well furnished & equipped. Location is very pleasant - in the countryside near traditional Spanish villages but only 15 minutes drive to a large town & lovely beaches. Nice views to the sea from the roof terrace. Very handy to Alicante Airport. Owner very responsive to a minor issue that arose.I would recommend this property for a relaxing break.

Dear Philip,
Please accept my apology for not getting back to your goodself
regarding your very kind generosity with the Marks and Spencers gift
vouchers and card. (due to the problems with the fridge)
Due to work (abroad), family and a whole host of other commitments I have
been a little poor at replying to any personal mail.
I would just like to say that we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously and the
villa far exceeded our expectations, in beautiful condition with all tastes
catered for. My nephew especially liked the toys in the garage and the
DVD's!
We have recommended it to all our family and friends as we thought the size
of the villa, the pool location was perfect for a family, young or old.
With the building of shops (and bar?) I think it would be the perfect
getaway for a peaceful holiday. [any update on the shops/bars, near
completion?]
Thanks again for the vouchers, the problem with the fridge was a
mini-disaster as, as you know, it is a bit remote in that area so not to
have cold food/drinks was a little difficult. We still kept our chins up
and enjoyed ourselves as much as we could. Thanks for all your help in
getting the refrigeration engineer to our door, not easy I'm sure.
Once again thanks for your help, generosity and gift.
I will continue to recommend your villa to anybody considering a holiday
abroad.

My partner and my brother and his family holidayed at this property in May.The property is furnished beautifully and the setting is just as described.It is in a lovely peaceful setting but a short car journey to beaches,bars and nightlife.The golf was out of this world.The course range from dramatic to very challenging and are all easily accessible from the property.The pool is great to relax by and there really is a feeling of home from home as the property is so well equipped.Great for kids and adults.Have and will recommend and return!!!

We have just returned from 2 weeks staying at this property. It is a very well equipped, clean and comfortable house with a good sized shared pool. The only downside we found was that it was a fair distance from the sea and main towns, and not really within walking distance of any bars or restaurants.
We would recommend this property to people looking for a quiet, restful holiday.
