The penthouse

This spectacular penthouse has the most fantastic terraces and offers panoramic views of the coast from Benalmadena to Fuengirola. This apartment has two bedrooms and a sofabed. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and ensuite bathroom. The twin room has its own balcony overlooking the main swimming pool. There is a second bathroom for guest use. The lounge is comfortable and welcoming and fully equipped.
There is freeview tv by sateliite so you dont miss your favourite tv shows. If you really want to switch off then the terrace is the place to be. The terrace has its own dining suite to seat six, perfect for alfresco dining. There is a further terrace upstairs for sunbathing or stargazing or simply chilling out. The kitchen is very well equipped and the large fridge freezer means cold drinks for the whole family.

The resort
The resort has a large swimming pool and a child friendly pool. There is a childrens park and paddle courts. If you want to go into town or to the beach there is a bus stop at the entrance of the resort. You are five mins away by car from the beach, the town, the train station and golf courses.
The famous theme park Tivoli world is less than 15 minutes walking distance.

Costa del Sol
Benalmadena is one of the resorts on the Costa del sol which boasts sun all year round. Beaches , golf and fabulous restaurants and entertainment complexes.
Within a few hours by car you can visit some of the most fascinating places in the world. Seville, Granada, Cordoba Gibraltar and Morroco.

The penthouse is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Just arrived back from Benalmadena (Aug 12). This is the second occasion we have stayed in this penthouse, and as norm it felt like home from home with great living living space , clean and tidy, quiet and an outstanding pool on the complex. Would recommend this penthouse to friends. Great holiday!!!!!

I have just got back from this property (03/09/10) the apartment is well situated on a secure gated community, clean, tidy with all the mod cons. The swimming pool is excellent yet again clean, tidy and never over crowded with a life guard in attendance while the pool is open, you need to take your own sun-lounges down to sit on. Their is no shops on the complex how ever their is a store approx 600m from the main gate which equates to a 20 min walk uphill and down dale, their is a short cut through the hospital opposite the main gate or you can get the L2 bus out side the gate which will dro p you off near the store. Breakfast can be got at the cafeteria within the hospital if you wish to eat out. A car would be essential if you dont wish to get to grips with the bus service. The L2 bus outside the main gate generally arrives every hour, by asking for McDonald Bil Bil this will take you to the beach near the marina (10 min walk). Overall an excellent property for those who wish to relax.

The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, spacious and all around value for money. When we arrived we were amazed it looked much better than the pictures on the website! Luckily for us we hired a car which really should be recommended on the website as its miles away from any shops, resturants, bars and the beach. We went with 3 children and there was no way we could have walked to the beach the property is situated on a massive hill we wouldnt have had a clue where the bus stop was. We really enjoyed our stay in belemandena and would recommened this property to everyone but to really enjoy yourself BOOK A CAR!

We had a wonderful holiday in this nice and spacious apartment. Our sons just loved the paddle court and we all very much enjoyed the very nice big and clean pool. Absolutely wonderful apartment. Only small thing to be mentioned is that there is some dog barking during night time - guess there is kennel in the close vincinity. Please note that a car is a must when staying here.

The sat tv and radio meant we could relax on the terrace while tthe children watched tv. The views from the terrace are amazing.
