A lovely, comfortable, well appointed property. In a private, "away from the bustle" location. Very pleasant and helpful owners. We hope to return and would definitely recommend.

This bungalow was like the "Tardis" in that from the front it gave no clues as to the space inside.
We were met by the owners who gave a full induction to the facilities.
The property was immaculate, inside and out, tastefully decorated with a modern feel.
The value for money including a "welcome pack" was truly amazing and did not compare to villas in the Canaries, Balearics, Cyprus or Barbados that we have stayed in.
We would like to return at any time and will recommend to friends and family.

April 2012. Arrived at house @)0100hours,how nice to be met by Gerry complete with welcome pack and invitation to his house the next day for chilli/curry and drinks after the Moors and Christian,s parade. A lovely evening with Gerry and Sue and their friends.Superb hosts. The house itself is ideally located for the village and amenties and deceptively spacious, all the rooms being of good size and very tastefully decorated.all facilities are provided and good that instuctions a/v for all the appliances. The conservatory is very nice for a peaceful sit or read. The weather was very mixed, quite cold at times so the fire in the lounge area was very useful. The front and rear terraces are ideal for catching the sun and also for outside dining, the front having shaded area beside the lemon trees.Have been to Busot several times but for first time visitors it would be so useful that the owner,s live in the next street and are always on hand to advise on area and sort out any problems should they arise.Thank you Gerry and Sue for your hospitality.

From Guest Book - Feb 2012. Just over for a short break, yes in February. We have been able to sit out the front every day, pure magic, heat on the bones. We have taken drives over the hill roads, through snow and ice and the views have been marvellous. We have visited Elche to see the palms, yes folks, tree huggers, quite a spectacle. We sampled Menus del Dias wherever we were at lunchtime and have been suited throughout. The house has been fine, a great base for touring, only one thing missing, a teapot (now supplied).

We arrived on Sept 27th 2011 and were met by the owner Sue.
She had 2 very cold cans of chilled shandy on hand awaiting our arrival, very refreshing and very welcoming.
The bungalow is ideally located in this small but very friendly village.
The front and rear terraces are ideal suntraps and perfect for al fresco dining. There is plenty of storage in the bungalow.
The 2 double bedrooms are very spacious,
The kitchen and bathroom are good sizes as well
The local bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away.
Our favourites were La Casa - Spanish restaurant ( Lisa the lovley old lady ), the food was lovely and well worth a visit and El raco,a nice spanish bar
We particpated in trips to Alicante, Benidorm and El Campello, which are very accessible either by road or tram.
We also visited the local turron museum ( 3 euros each ) well worth a visit.
We will be looking to visit this area again in the near future as we found it to be a really relaxing break.
All our thanks to Sue and Gerry who made this holiday very special for us.

We received a very warm welcome by the owners and they offered a quick guided tour around the area which was very helpful as we were only staying for the week. This was the first time we have rented a villa and from our experience we will definitely be doing it again. The villa was very spacious, very clean and had eveything you needed. There is an outdoor shower to cool yourself off and also washing facilities which came very handy. I would recommend a car, you are a five minutes drive from the main town and 20 minutes either way to Alicante and Benidorm, driving is easy and eveything is well signposted.
We had a pleasant and relaxing holiday and we thank you for the very warm welcome.

This pretty bungalow is situated in the mountains at Busot, its central location between Alicante and Benidorm provides a perfect base to explore the areas wonderful beaches all within a 10-15 mins drive.
We were made very welcome by Sue and Gerry whose local knowledge of the local area is very helpful. The bungalow has been tastefully re-decorated and provides good storage areas.
The front and rear terraces are sun traps and are ideal to enjoy some Al-Freso evenings. The village of Busot is a short walk away and provides musical events to enjoy plus a couple of typically Spanish restaurants. We recommend a visit to the nearby caves where currently you are shown round by an English guide, also is a must is the Castle at Alicante which is free, the views are stunning.
We will be recommending the bungalow to our friends and hope to return soon.
