The Apartment
We are proud to be able to offer this Apartment to potential customers. We bought the Property six months ago as it was a one off opportunity to purchase this lovely modern apartment in an ideal location.
The Apartment has everything a holidaymaker needs to have a wonderful holiday. The apartment and area caters for all tastes and walks of life. From the young to the elderly. The apartment and surrounding area caters for everyone.
As you walk in the wonderful light and airy apartment, the fully tiled bathroom is o the 1st door on your right. The bathroom is fully tiled to a high standard. It benefits from WC, Bidet, Sink, Bathroom cupboard, Mirror and bath with mixer tap and powerful Shower to help you feel refreshed.
2nd on the right is the main double bedroom, with double bed, Fitted double wardrobe, Air conditioning and built in safe, AT NO EXTRA COST.
Facing the front door is the twin bedroom, including two small twin beds, Fitted double Wardrobe.
To the left of the front door there is a mirror on the wall which leads to the Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area. Which, in turn leads on to the large balcony having the benefit of Patio Table and Chairs to relax on.
He living area has the benefit on a Sofa Bed and Chair. 32” HDTV, Mainly English Satellite TV, DVD Player, CD player/Radio, Xbox 360 games console. The Dining Area has a Dining Table and chairs and Breakfast bar. The Fully fitted Kitchen has the benefit of a fitted single oven & Hob, washing machine, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge Freezer and all cutlery items you will need.
The Apartment has a marbled floor throughout. The Apartment also has the exclusive use of a designated secure car parking space. This is underground, directly underneath the apartment block with lift access. I wouldn’t say the use of a car is essential but if you want to see sights further a field or the surrounding area, and then a car is recommended.
The Apartment also benefits the use of a Hotel Reception which will provide FULL HOTEL FACILITES INCLUDING RECEPTION BAR AND RESTAURANT WHICH SERVES QUALITY HOME COOKED FOOD. The hotel will provide any assistance they can if you have any queries or concerns.
The Location
This Lovely modern apartment situated in the La Rotonda Aparthotel provides all you need for a perfect holiday. You can relax in comfort within very short walking distance of a choice of beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The people in this region are a mixture of Spanish locals, ex-pats and holidaymakers. There is no Club 18-30 element in this area.
La Rotonda Aparthotel is located next to beach Cabo Roig with its Marina and Restaurant. Further on you have La Capitan beach as well as La Zenia beach, with a huge choice of water sports & activities to choose from in the surrounding area. With only 200mm of rain a year, Cabo Roig is the ideal place to soak up the sun! For those who prefer lightening their wallets to deepening their tans there are the nearby shopping centres Dos Mares, Habaneras and Carrefour.
It is surrounded by glorious groves of olive, orange, lemon and almond. Vineyards are in abundance thereby providing inexpensive local wines. For golf lovers, the best known course on the Costa Blanca is Villamartin Golf Course, just a 5 minute drive from the apartment, as are two other first class courses, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
Cabo Roig and surrounding Area
Cabo Roig is a popular beach resort located in an area known as the Orihuela Costa on the Southern Costa Blanca of Spain, close to Alicante and Torrevieja. The N-332 and AP-7 goes directly through La Zenia and this also goes from Alicante airport in the north all the way down to Murcia San Javier airport to the south.
Much of our Cabo Roig information has been supplied by locals who know the town of Cabo Roig best.
Cabo Roig is known for its clean blue flag beaches and is popular for tourists from Northern Europe as well as the residents of Murcia who often flock to the beaches at the weekends. Cabo Roig is a typical seasonal holiday destination busiest over the summer months of July and August and at its quietest in the winter. Often it is May and October which are the best times to visit Cabo Roig as the weather is warm, not too hot and humid and not as busy as it becomes during the school holidays. There are a few beaches one can visit while vacationing in Cabo Roig which are Playa Cala Capitan and Playa Cala Caleta which are clean and safe for children. Also within easy walking distance are the beaches at La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor. Make sure you visit the historic Cabo Roig watchtower.
For those that look to go on walking holidays Cabo Roig offers many walks on the cliff-tops. On a clear day it is possible to catch a glimpse of La Manga in the distance. There is often a cooling sea-breeze on the Costa Blanca which is badly needed during the hot summer days so walkers will be in their element. Cabo Roig weather makes for a perfect holiday tourist resorts as it enjoys an excellent climate with over 300 days of sunshine and an annual average temperature of around 20 degrees centigrade. Cabo Roig enjoys essentially a Mediterranean climate which means that there is no rainfall in the summer months and rain falls during the winter months.
To the south of Cabo Roig is Campoamor, Pilar de la Horadada, San Pedro del Pinatar and La Manga, all tourist resorts with fantastic blue beaches, great restaurants, shops and La Manga of course is famous for its golf-course, The La Manga Club.
Of course the markets are not to be missed. There is a huge one in Torrevieja on Fridays and one in Campoamor on Fridays. There is also a fantastic Street market at the nearby Playa Flamenca. Within drivable distance to Torrevieja is also a water park called Aquapolis. Torrevieja is also known for its superb promenade and restaurants and daily craft market, the fun fair and the Habaneras shopping centre. Torrevieja also boasts the biggest marina in Spain has a large number of bowling greens and even offers hot air ballooning.
You are spoilt for choice with the fine cuisine and restaurants of Cabo Roig. With some restaurants winning Five Star awards, its no wonder that the locals choose to spend the warm evenings dining with their families in the resort. The restaurants liven up later in the evening, hosting vibrant, local entertainment. There are also a number of bars in the area which provide good quality, nightly entertainment for adults and children. Most restaurants and bars are situated along the famous Cabo Roig Strip.

There are a number of historic Spanish cities within an hours drive of Cabo Roig - Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela, Elche and Alicante. Also La Manga and the Mar Menor are well worth a visit.
If you are a tennis player the Cabo Roig Club lies next to the beach of Cala Capetan. The club has four hard courts, its own swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Qualified tennis coaching is also available.
If horse riding is your hobby you can take a ride in the Spanish countryside, within a 5 minute car ride is The Ranch at Campoamor. There is also Club Hipco near Villamartin, El Rancho at Los Montesinos and El Refugio Guardamar.
If you are on holiday in Cabo Roig and interested in scuba diving, you can dive from Playa Flamenca under the supervision of a PADI professionals. For advanced divers they have trips to several exciting wrecks and the marine reserve. They also offer escorted dive trips from shore, boat diving and night diving in the warm Mediterranean waters.
If you would like to take a day trip from Cabo Roig to a safari park the nearest one is in Elche where you can enjoy nature amongst 4,000 palm trees and take a ride on the mini train. Enjoy the aqua terrarium, aviary, crocodile land and all the different animal exhibitions. In summer you can splash in the swimming pool, visit the ice-cream parlour, picnic area and enjoy the speed of karting. Elche itself is famous for its thousands of palm trees.
There is also no need to drive all the way to Benidorm to visit Terra Natura or Aqua Natura as they are now situated in Murcia as well. Murcia also has major shopping centres with a massive Ikea and everybody´s favourite Primark.
If you come to Cabo Roig with ailments why not take a medicinal bath in the waters of the lagoon at La Manga, which have curative properties, recommended for heart trouble, rheumatism & respiratory problems.
Another interesting day trip can be taken to the caves at Canelobre.
