The Villa

Situated on the 5 Star Fuerteventura Golf Complex in Caleta De Fuste, home of the 2004 Spanish Open and just 3 minutes drive from the “Atlantico” centre, which has a hyperpermarket, multi-screen cinema, bowling alley and a variety of other entertainments on hand. The Centre also has a fine selection of restaurants and shops/boutiques.
In addition to this you can relax on the lovely beach, situated just infront of the centre. From there it is only a 10 -15 minute stroll to the centre of the family resort of Caleta .
The villa has everything you require to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, including Satellite TV. With beautiful views over the golf course and the sea, a roof terrace, with no interruptions of the sun, on which you can relax and sunbathe in privacy. The Villa has its own generously sized heated pool, maintained landscaped gardens, dining patio and separate barbecue area. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedded rooms, one with a portable TV/ DVD. There is also a separate family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the facilities you would require at home. There are two half sets of golf clubs available for use of guests ( free of charge)
The villa is only 8 minutes drive from the airport. In Caleta itself there is a large selection of restaurants, offering a variety of different foods,for all the family .There is also a small Marina and a beautiful “safe”, sandy beach. The villa is centrally located, allowing easy access to both the North and South of the island. Both have fantastic sandy beaches, with the North offering a Water park and the South housing the Islands Zoo.The newly opened Shopping Mall, with all the designer shops is situated only a 20 minute drive away in Puerto Rosario. A free courtesy bus runs hourly from the golf course ( also return ) to the Atlantico centre and on to Caleta town.

The Fuerteventura region
All year round Sunshine, with over 150 beaches! See the picturesque sandy beaches of Morro Jable & Jandia, and the protected sand dunes of Corralejo and newly opened waterpark. The island also has a zoo, with live shows and you can visit the beautiful adjoining cactus gardens. See the Historic village of Betancuria, or visit the salt museum.

If you fancy a round of Golf at Fuerteventura Golf course,it will cost you around 55 Euros. There is a driving range ( 3 Euros for a basket of balls) and a resident PGA club professional that will be on hand to give you a half hour video leson for 25 Euros.
Next to Fuerteventra Golf Course is the recently opened Las Salinas course, which offers an entirely different challenge


Caleta de Fuste / Fuerteventura Golf area
From the Villa it is a 3 minute walk onto the 1st tee of Fueteventura Golf Club ( venue of the Spanish Open 2004) and the recently opened (2007) Las Salinas 18 hole course is situated alongside it. A 10 minute walk takes you to the "Atlantico" centre, where you will find absolutely everything you may require for your stay. In 2008 a beautiful man made beach was created just infront of te centre.Only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Caleta de Fuste, with Watersports, Oceanarium and a large choice of International cuisines. Its only a 14 minute drive to the Capital, Puerto Rosario where there is a superb shopping centre which opened in 2006. You can also visit the Salt museum, which is 5 minutes from the villa.
The villa is ideally situated for exploring the Island, being midway between the North & the South

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
