it is a pity they dont have two bedroom properties. Otherwise it was very good. Clean and friendly and surprisingly quiet.

Had a great holiday at Club Vista Serena.
Everything was clean and in very good working order. All of the staff we met, without exception, were very friendly and helpful.
Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

well booked online for the first time and what a place we booked excellent in every way clean polite helpfull nothing is too much trouble have already recommended to a freind and they will be booking so what more can i say

The property was modern, well equipped and very well maintained. The maid service was excellent. The club was well positioned and attention to detail made the holiday very relaxing. "Extras" such as 24 hour reception with very helpful staff, a small library, on site shop and pool-side bar and restuarant etc helped to make Vista Serena worthy of a return visit.

No washing machine in appartment, as details led to believe and only air conditioning available in the bedroom, which could only be used if paid for, and pool is not heated all year round, as advetised, only in Winter, which I particularly was looking forward to as I cannot swim in cold water, and therefore spoiled it for me. Also, an unexpected 60 euro security deposit is demanded on checking in in addition to the pre-agreed amount deductable from your credit card by the Villarenter's web site, should this be necessary, upto a month later. Also, all facilities in the children's special play area require comletely refurbishing too. However, the bed and sofa were comfortable and we had no complaints about the local snack bars or quality and amounts of servings. Good value there. Overall, I'd award it 2 1/2 out of 5.

The property had very good facilities, was well maintained and cleaned and the service was efficient and friendly.

Hello to you all at Vista Serena. Just to let you know we all had a really great time during our stay. Listening to people at the airport and the stories they had about their holiday mainly at their accommodation and all complaints!! We realised how lucky we were to stay at such a great place. So thanks to all staff for that, we would certainly recommend Vista Serena and return ourselves.

We have had a wonderful week. Club Vista Serena is a very friendly family orientated place and special thanks goes to Miguel, Marta & Cristina for the lovely (excellent!) food at the bar.
Everyone here from the cleaners and gardeners to the Reception and Marketing staff work very hard to keep this place as clean, tidy and friendly as it is!
