Great place to base ourselves with everything we needed. Nice quiet location, except for the odd occassion with number 150 and their VERY loud music. Very comfortable with plenty of space, well needed with 4 children, 1 of which is a 62" 17 yr old!!
Graham from Property Hounds was an absolute diamond.
Well worth the money and there is a very distinct possibility that we would like to return.
Highly recommended.

The villa was very spacious and the three bedrooms were all of a good size. It has all the amenities required washing machine, cooker etc. Pool was less than a minute walk. You do share the pool with around 100 villas,when we were there at the end of August most were empty, so the pool was not overcrowded. Supermarket was less than 5 minutes walk and lots of choice. Beach is 8 minutes by car and easy to find. The villa is 50 mins from Alicante and in the dark would be a struggle to find. The pool does not have a shallow end and the air conditioning only really works in the main bedroom of the villa. The back of the villa has a nice area to sit out however not very private from neighbouring properties. A little disapointed on the cleanliness of villa, espeically when you have to pay 50 euros on departure for cleaning. Overall a nice villa in a nice location.

this is the second time we have holidayed in this villa, and find it to be a lovely relaxing experience. The villa is light and spacious,the immediate area is quiet and peaceful and the pool is really nice, and close by.There is a walk/cycleway along a canal at the entrance to Campoamor Golf which takes you into the countryside and past orange groves where there are lots of different types of birds.
There are many brilliant beaches within a short drive, Cala Capitan beach has wonderful big fish in the shallows and really safe calm sea for children snorkelling, and Mil Palmeras is a lovely long sandy beach. None of the beaches is too busy to find space on, even in summer.
In addition, it is not too far to go to Cartagena to visit the Roman Theatre , and there are some great natural parks in this part of Spain.
I would thoroughly recommend staying here for a relaxing stay where you can recharge your batteries and bask in the sun!

Beautiful spacious property. Really difficult to find though specially arriving at night. The living area could do with a table lamp for a more relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. Nice to stay in a property with lovely soft towels etc. The pool is a stones throw from the back patio and nice and big but down side is I'm 5'4" and could only just stand up in the shallow end (not great for little ones) there's a couple of nice little bars 5mins walk but it's a 5/10min drive to more choice. We had a fab holiday the sun shone until the day we left very relaxing and really quiet.

we are a family of 2 adults and 6 children aged between 4 and 14, and we stayed in this property from 12 to 26 august 2006.the villa is wonderfully spacious and in excellent condition, close to the local supermarket,and golf course. There are plenty of lovely sandy beaches within a short drive, and sea warm enough to swim in.children played in the pool every evening,after spending all day at the beach.
On a nearby patch of wasteland, we were able to find lizards and even harmless european scorpions. We had a wonderful holiday, and would definitely recommend hiring this villa. it was fantastic to find holiday accomodation with a large enough oven and a washing machine after spending years holidaying in caravans in cornwall,which we will never do again! Excellent!
