Property and local area description

Location

The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to a pebble bay beach with crystal clear water, popular with local for snorkelling. A further 5 minutes walk around the bay will bring you to long stretches of sandy beach.
There are a selection of restaurants within walking distance including some bars on the beach front.
There is also a small supermarket around the corner. It is a 15 minute walk to the village of Els Poblets and the larger resort town of Denia is a 15 minute drive away.
An ideal base for exploring or relaxing and enjoying the local facilities.

Exterior
The apartment is above a privately owned villa which means the swimming pool is only shared with another couple who will never intrude on your privacy.
The swimming pool gets the sun all day and there is a seating area and garden for the exclusive use of the apartment.
The apartment has a separate and private entrance.

Interior
The apartment is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard in an elegant style.
The apartment has both air-conditioning and gas central heating so is ideal for anytime of the year. There is also a ceiling fan above the bed.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa with TV and DVD, CD and radio. It is bright and airy and is open plan to the well equipped kitchenette.
There is a separate bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area.

We had a lovely stay in els poblets. The sandy beach is a ten minute walk away, and during the week it was empty ... a lovely tapas restaurant - Joans, in the village, we ate here about 3 times. and a great cocktail bar along the beach - mykonas, or a name similar. The owners do live below the apartment, but they never intruded upon our stay - if we were around the pool, they werent and so on, and on our last night they gave us a lift into denia which was very kind of them (we didnt have a hire car). This place was perfect for us as we just needed to relax, read books, swim and eat.... if you need things a bit more lively I would recommend getting a hire car. The pictures are accurate and the apartment kitchenette had everything you could need, and the place was very clean and tidy. We had an amazing time, so thanks.

We were perfectly happy with the apartment although perhaps a bit on the small side. Whilst the owners were very nice it is slightly of putting to have them living below. Very convenient for restaurants and bars within walking distance + stoney beach.
