Property and local area description

Location and acomodation

The villa is situated near the village of Els Poblets and only a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants on the front line of the beach, some with live music of a night. It also has the advantage of being located near the bus route that is directed to Denia circulating along the coast. Denia is a beautiful medieval old town that is filled with fantastic tapas bars and local restaurants. In the port there in the summer there are night markets and apart from that the Marina full of stylish restaurants, pubs / bars and night clubs.
Villa is in a quiet area and near the beach, with a conservatory, dining room and lounge, all very spacious and well lit during the day. The villa has 2 separate twin bedrooms that share a shower room. Also, the master bedroom overlooks the pool, and has an en-suite.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with all cooking utensils. Besides all that, the house has the advantage of being able to enjoy the sun all day. The pool area is great for the safety of children as it is enclosed with a gate, and ideal to soak up the Mediterranean rays.
