The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, sea views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

This is a fantastic, clean, spacious apartment property in the quieter part of Tenerife. It was a blessing to have such a peaceful environment. The surrounding area still had some ongoing property developments but we did have a view of the sea, and the cliffs and rocky beaches were a short (less than 5 minute) walk away. There was very little noise, and although you could hear planes coming relatively close overhead, it was not intrusive or irritating. The restaurants on site catered for tourists, but we had a fantastic meal at the Italian, "Mama Roma" next door to the apartments. However, I do recommend making use of a rental car or buses to visit supermarkets (Mercadona was the best) outside of the Golf Del Sur resort. From these supermarkets, we dined at the apartment on most nights - fresh seafood and salads were the dishes du jour! The apartments beds were solid but comfortable, and the sofabed was also spacious and solid (not flimsy like some). The kitchen came fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, and there was a toolbox, first aid kit, AND a washing machine all in the hallway cupboard. There was a small safe in the bedroom, along with a hair dryer. On the two days we were at the apartment during the day, we made use of the poolside and pool (although we were the only people who dared to swim it seemed!) . The pool was cleaned daily. There was underground parking for the apartments, once we located the electric gate key/remote. The only problems that we found were the mosquitoes/lack of mosquito screens on the windows and locating the property - the instructions given to us for key collection and then to find/identify the actual apartment block were a little confusing (as blocks J and K are located separately from F, G, H and I!), and the one way system at Golf Del Sur did lead us down a few dead ends! Other than that, it was a great apartment, and not only would I go there again, I would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you.

We stayed at this property from 7/2/2009 to 17/2/2009 Weather was fantastic but the pool was cold a problem at this time of year. Used the bus service to los Americas very good cost about 2 Euros and spanish nites around the corner from the property property is located in a area where there is just enough entertainment to keep you happy but not to livly to keep you awake at nite loverly coastal walks had a great time and hope to return soon

We have been to this apartment several times and just love it, it is really nicely furnished, well equipped and we have always found it clean and tidy. Pool area is a nice place to sit and just chill out or read, we did hear it is going to be re-tiled & heated willl be much better. We find it is in a good position - at the front you can find a lovely wine/tapas bar, bakery, jewellers and grocers, a short walk either way and you have bars, restaurants etc, try the great Italian close by!

We stayed here from feb 25 to march 18. When we arrived the appartment was really clean and tidy and very well furnished and more than met our expectations. Our party consisted of four adults so two of us had to use the sofa bed which was very comfortable and so easy to to turn it into a large double bed. The appartment was amply fitted out with everthing that you would expect to make our stay really enjoyable. The pool area is really nice allthough there were no sun beds at this time but we were told that there would be in the very near future, having said that the weather for the first six days was not such that they would have been needed. Golf del sur is quite a new resort area that we think will become very popular. San blas square has everything you need bars plenty of good resteraunts shops and supermarkets and is only ten minutes walk from the appartment. Overall we all had a great time there and we will definitly return again
