THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN. WELCOMED BY CHARMAINE WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL. UNFORTUNATELY THE TELEVISION DID NOT WORK. THE DISHWASHER COULD NOT BE USED. THE MOBILE AIRCON DID NOT WORK. THE FAN DID NOT WORK BUT I WAS ABLE TO FIX IT.
I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR AND DARREN WAS A GREAT HELP.
I WOULD RECOMMEND IF EVERYTHING WAS WORKING. DARREN DID TRY TO FIX THE TELLY. WE DID NOT INFORM HIM OF THE FAN OR AIRCON.
THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CONVIENIENT TO BEACH AND BARS.
OVERALL A VERY NICE WEEK.

This is our third year visiting Javea, but this is the best location apartment we have had. The Arenal beach and all the night life are literally minutes away - and the bus down to the port or the old town is within a very short walk.
Loads of space in the apartment - for the first time we could get everything into the wardrobes with space to spare! We did not use the second bedroom, but it looked spacious and would not have been a problem.
The only thing we missed was not having a balcony, but this makes it exceedingly good value for money - so not a big problem.
Overall we would be happy to use this apartment again, and would certainly reccomend others to try it.

The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped.
I have only a few criticisms whilst the apartment was in general clean, the floors were not and I spent the first morning there making use of the dust pan and brush and the mop. The fan in the second bedroom had obviously not been used for a long time as when switched on, all was covered in clouds of dust. Also, as we did not all want to go out together and come back at the same time, having only one set of keys caused difficulties.
Despite my "gripes", we all liked the appartment and its close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants etc (all excellent) and I would love to return there - when it is cooler! I knew it would be hot in August but I had no choice in the date as we were there for our sons wedding so this is not a criticism.

1 minute from the beach, 2 mins from the pool, 2 minutes from numerous excellent bars and rstaurants - what more could ou ask for? Javea is chill out capital of Spain.

I booked this property for my relatives and they were delighted with it. Its closeness to the sea meant that they could have an early morning stroll along the beach before having a lovely breakfast in one of the sea-front cafes. Having restaurants within walking distance also helped as they could have a drink without having to worry about driving.
The lounge area was very comfortable and having the TV was nice as they could keep up to date with news.
The kitchen was well equipped although they tended to eat out mostly due to the many cheap menus of the day.

The apartment was in a really good position, very close to beach and all amenities. Was very clean on arrival, but soon found that we had company. There was an infestation of cockroaches with eggs and dro ppings on the floor behind the settee. The tiles above the toilet need replacing as they were cracked and coming apart, would be nasty if they fell on someone sitting on the toilet. One downside is having no balcony. There was a washing machine (thank goodness as we were there with two babies) but the "Dryer" was a washing line and as it was October, clothes did not dry and we had to have the convector heater going. Tumble dryer would be more convenient. As the apartment was on the first floor, not very suitable if you have young children. With two pushchairs, bags of shopping, beach equipment, it was very awkward. Having said all this, the apartment is ideal for a couple of a group of adults.
Owner reply:
Cockroaches unfortunatley are a part of spanish life, that said they have no place in the apartment and the situation was delt with right away, further checks are made regularly make sure they do not come back.
The tiles in the bathroom have been replaced - thank you for bringing it to our attention.
We do advertise that the apartment is on the first floor and there are two small sets of wise stairs to negotiate.
I do appreciate customer feed back so I can make improvements for new customers, thank you

The apartment was in an excellent position to the Arenal being just steps away for shops, bars and cafes.
The apartment was comfortable with great reception on the satalite for the english channels on the TV.
We had a parking space within steps of the apartment which was secure in a locked car park and was given a key fob to get in and out whenever required.
All in all a great place to stay!!

We stayed there for 3 weeks in July/August with two of our kids 12 and 17. The owner, Paul, had airconditioner installed before we came which was perfect. The apartment is clean and it IS very close, almost on the beach. Just over the street and you are there. Perfect for beachlovers. If I try to search for something that might be missing for some people, then it is the absence of outdoor balcony. That is the only thing that is missing in my opinion. If you don't mind that, then this is just perfect. And I must stress that Javea is really great. Not crowded like Alicante, Benidorm, Calpe and even Denia. We took a look at those places and they just did not compare, at least for us. Be sure to try the Restaurant Chino which is in the same building. The absolute BEST value for money we could find. Friendly and cheerful service and very good food, for unbelievably low price. I will recommend this place to my friends for sure.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely clean, spacious and welcoming apartment and we loved the view of the mountain from the window. So lovely to be so close to the beach though too cold for swimming in March.Plenty of other things to do such as climb Montgo mountain and explore inland for which you need to hire a car. Owner very helpful and provides a welcome pack of chilled drinks free of charge.
