Very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was the icing on the cake especially for the children, and the roof terrace was a lovely retreat. Lots of beaches and good eating places within a few minutes drive. Would definitely
return.

The property has everything you need, home from home really.
The roof terrace is a real bonus as we spent many evenings there and even managed to use the BBQ - first time for everything!
The shared pool is good.
Everything else is just a short car journey away.
Cant wait to go back.

We where only spending 5 days at the house while our son was attending football school at La Manga Sports center. We where met at the house when arriving (a bit later than expected) and the house was really as good as or even better than described on this site. We would with no doubt come back again later if we are going another trip to La Manga or even recommend this to friends. We also found the "hints and tips"-book very useful. Thanks!

We arrived to a warm welcome and a tour of the property. There were 5 adults and a baby in our party, and we kept discovering all the equipment available. Whilst we were only there 8 days for a wedding we thoroughly enjoyed the house and surroundings. It was conveniently located and quiet, not being near the developed areas, and the neighbours were helpful and friendly. We would go back again if we required a house in the area.

fantastic accommodation, spacious and very clean. pool area was very well maintained and the pool was clean, no horrible film from suncreams, so always make sure you use the showers and shower gel provided. the sunterrace was great for a warm breeze blowing to help keep you a bit cooler. everything was provided for days around the pool or if you wanted to go to the beach, parasol, sunbeds, deckchairs and the all important coolbox is there for you to use. brilliant!

Very large house which had everything we expected and some more.
A large pool area for this sice of community.
The surrounding area is quiet and the neighbours very friendly as well as the residents. La Manga offers nice beaches to the sea with strong wawes, and the salt sea near offers very low water without strong wawes, which is good for smaller children. If you can't enjoy this environment, you are in the wrong place. Preben Olsen - visitor June 2007

The house had everything that you could possibly need for a holiday, even down to a cool box and ice blocks. Very comfortable and suited my parents who are not happy in the real heat, with good AC. Enjoyed our stay.

My family enjoyed a 2 week relaxing holiday in July at the town house. The house was superb with everything you could possibly need and more. The kids loved the pool which kept them amused for hours. The location was excellent, handy for the local beaches and the beaches at the strip.( kids loved the big waves). Lots of nice restaurants in los belones and los alcazares 5-15 minutes away. Lots of information in the house regarding things to do and places to see. Neighbours were also very frendly and helpful. Would definetly return. Thank you kim and steve for a lovely holiday.

This lovely town-house in El Algar was perfect for a week's half-term break in the sunshine, away from the late October drizzle of the UK.
The house was really spacious and although our party only comprised 4 people, there would be more than ample room for 6. Everything (and more!) that you could possibly need was available in the house. The communal pool, just steps away from the back door, was a real bonus, and our daughters (16 and 12) enjoyed it daily. We had arranged car-hire from Murcia airport and most days made a short trip inland or up the coast along the Mar Menor.
Our best days out were to see the salt pans and beautiful flamingos, and the towns of Cartagena and Lorca - all well worth visiting and easy to get to.
Finally, the question, would we visit this property again? Absolutely definitely! Thank you Kim and Steve.

Excellently equipped with everything you could ever need and more. Superb pool/garden area at the rear of the property which is extremely safe for children. The location offers a "taste of Spain" as you mingle with the locals in the supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. The owners are extremely helpful providing details of the local area and places of interest. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!!

This property is to a very high standard with everything that you needed.
The rooms are large as is the sitting room/dining room.
The owner of the property has been very helpful throughout and we can not fault them or the property at all.
Thank you very much.
