This is a lovely modern property with everything that you need in there. The lounge area is very comfortable, and when it was very hot out, the air con in there was great, with a large TV and games etc for children. The pool was great to use with the weather being so hot. It was clean and well kept.
The area was quiet, despite Polaris World being quite a large site. We enjoyed trips to the coast, the Mar Menor in particular, and this was easy to reach, only 15/20 mins away.

Lovely villa and pool. Added extras like the XBox and big choice of DVDs provided make it ideal if you have children needing to escape the sun for a while. Only negative is that there is no air-conditioning upstairs and bedrooms got unbearably hot at night.

A nice place to get away and relax.
Villa was very clean and tidy. The golf complex was kept very well, although was a little quiet, only 2 of the restaurants where open when we went in June.
If youre looking for somewhere quiet to get away from it all and spend some quality family time together then this is perfect.

My family and I stayed at the villa for 10 days in May 2009 and had a fantastic break. In our opinion, the villa can not be faulted, it catered for all our needs (having a 10 month old baby also). The villa has very tasteful furnishings and decor, the oversized pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Located on one of, if not the best plot within the resort.
Resort is peaceful, secure and very well maintained. Amenities on resort were useful (Spa in hotel on resort is recommended) although local supermarkets are only a 10 min drive.
The owners are responsive, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the villa and we will certainly be returning.

We travelled out 31 May - 6 June and had such a relaxing time.
The complex was so quite it was lovely to get away from it all, the vila itself has a top high quality finish which was fab definatley worth paying the extra.
It as very warm so the air - con and swimming pool the property had was a great plus.
The complex is great for golf or a relaxing break away, onsite you have a supermarket, 10+ communial swimming pools, plus tapa bar, Spanish Restaurant, Italian, Irishpub, Chinese.
We recommend car hire to try out local restaurant and local places of interest however you could just stay on site!
This is not the place to go for a livley night life if you want that go to Benidorm! Its great for a relax break with friends and family and has all the facilities you'll need!
Will definatley be back in the future.

We spent a glorious 2 weeks in the murcia sunshine. The villa is well equipped, especially for babies, and the owners are helpful and accomodating.
The pool is gorgeous and we played on the lawn with our 4 children daily.
The surrounding area is one of the 'real' Spain. You will have a realxing and quiet' Spanish' holiday here....
