The very best location in the urbanisation,in the front line.

The apartment is situated at El Pinar de San Gines, in the small fishing-village of La Azohia, which is located in the southeast corner of Spain. The village is advertised as "one of the best kept secrets" on the Costa Calida "The warm coast", which has one of the best climates in Europe, where it almost never rains and the temperatures stay high all year round.
This first floor apartment is in the very best location on the front of the development with stunning views over the pinetrees to the bay of Mazarron, stretching from the pirate outlook of St Helena´s tower on the cliffs to the left to the bright lights of Puerto de Mazarron on the right.

In the village of Azohia there are 4 diveschools a.o.Rivemar, Amigos del Azul and Cabo Tinoso.
Cartagena is about 20 min away and has some lovely shops,big shoppingcentres,a very nice marina and an old town with many interesting buildings and remains from the Roman and Fenician influence.
Bolnuevo with its sandstatues and Los Castillitos with its fortress and guns are really worth to visit.
Many golfcourses within 50 min drive.


A small charge of 20 euros will apply for the end-of-stay-cleaning.





The apartment
The apartment is very well equipped with all you need to live a comfortable life. It consists of 2 bedrooms,living/diningroom with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In one bedroom there are drawer-units and in the other there is a built-in wardrobe with drawers and a safe.
Because the climate is so good you will undoubtedly spend most of your time on the spacious roof terrace so it is well equipped.
On the 60 sq/m roofterrace you find one table for 4 persons, and one for six , a toldo, sunchairs/beds, a small grill, an electric Wok casserole, an outside light and a watertap. Access to the roof is from the balcony.
The apartment has Air Conditioning and
all rooms have a fan, too, as well as flyscreens for all windows and the balconydoor.

Sheets and linen for reasonable use are provided, however not beach- towels. If some persons use more towels/sheets than considered reasonably, there will be an extra charge of 6 euros per person.

Access to internet is possible.but must be booked in advance, when booking the apartment.

In La Azohia you can either just relax at the nearby beach or on the roofterrace or you can be as active /busy as you like with

There are 4 diveschools, all only a few minutes from the apartment
Within 40-50 minutes you reach the very nice golfcourses of Sensol, Alahama Signature ( former Condado de Alhama), Hacienda del Alamo, La Serena, Roda and La Manga (with three very good courses).
Puerto de Mazarron has several shoppingcentres,sundaymarket and a nice marina.
The city of Cartagena is a short drive or busride away and boasts a range of shops and stores from the world renown Corte Inglese to Media Markt, Carrefour and C&A

To make the most of the area a car is necessary.

During the summer there is a glassbottom-boat, which sails from Puerto de Mazarron along the coast til either Bolnuevo or La Azohia and Cabo Tinoso.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
