If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the property, and the full range of amenities. Clearly a well looked after property and perfect for a quiet, relaxing break. Pool is steps away, always spotless. The only downside was that it was all perhaps a little too quiet for a young family.

We had a really enjoyable holiday staying in this very comfortable villa. Our expectations were exceeded with great facilities including the large, clean and largely under occupied swimming pool (very close to the accommodation), clean linen and the use of everyday items that you would not always find available on other sunshine holidays and that you would usually find yourself doing without. We were looked after by an attentive management company. Set in a quiet location, the beach, local towns and restaurants can all be reached within 20 mins by car which is essential. Would certainly recommend.

The Villa was excellent a great location, communal pool and beautifull surroundings. David & Jessica made us feel very welcome and i would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone. My only criticism would be the restaurants on site which, at best, were poor. Much better of going to Benijofar, or Quesada.
